All I can say is WOWWWWW. My husband and I have been wanting to try Bad Ash BBQ for quite some time and finally got a chance tonight (literally just finished eating) and we were not disappointed. I’ve been waiting too long for this. I ordered the platter for myself and my son got the brisket sandwich and potato salad and let me tell you I got a punch in the mouth of awesomeness flavor to my taste buds. Baked beans were omg good. The pulled pork was soooo freaking good! So was the brisket. Bold tangy barbecue sauce. Brisket Mac and cheese was out of this world. Potato salad was fantastic. I’ve been wanting to try Bad Ash for over a year now. I love BBQ and there isn’t much in the Dubuque area. I finally was able to try it out today, I’m currently in a food coma! It was better than I expected. SO tender and delicious. The bbq sauce has the perfect kick. The sides were amazing! The cobbler…chefs kiss. I am dying to try the burnt ends and ribs. My husband and I will definitely be back for more. You’re doing a wonderful job Jimmy!!
