Parker’s Pit Stop is a Hidden Gem!
Ty Parker and the crew at Parker’s Pit Stop never miss! I visit often, and every time the food and service are top-notch. My absolute favorites are the French Dip made with Scheckel Family Beef—so tender and flavorful—and hands down, the best BBQ chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. We tried Parker's for the first time tonight. I highly recommend, the food was excellent, the service was friendly and fast and the price was great!

Parker’s Pit Stop is a hidden gem right off the Mississippi River in Bellevue. The food is top-notch, delicious, and tender. Favorites include the melt-in-your-mouth pulled pork, the best BBQ chicken sandwich, and a great French Dip made with Scheckel Family Beef. The pepperoni pizza is amazing. Sides are to-die-for, with amazing barbecue beans and perfectly crisp, creamy coleslaw from a family recipe. The service and hospitality are great. The clean dining area has arcade-type games, and it is busier at night. Do not pass this place up.
