Parker’s Pit Stop is a Hidden Gem!
Ty Parker and the crew at Parker’s Pit Stop never miss! I visit often, and every time the food and service are top-notch. My absolute favorites are the French Dip made with Scheckel Family Beef—so tender and flavorful—and hands down, the best BBQ chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Don’t even get me started on the coleslaw—perfectly crisp, creamy, and balanced.
The location is just as charming, right off the Mississippi River in Bellevue, which makes it a great stop whether you’re a local or passing through. Do not pass this place up—you’ll regret it!

We just ordered a cheese and also a pepperoni pizza 🍕 from Parker’s Pit Stop! It was amazing the best pepperoni pizza I’ve ever had. The French dip is great too! Great food, service and hospitality. Clean dining area with some arcade type games for purchase. Busier at night than the day time.

I have been to the Dubuque location 3 times now all when the sign states they are opened yet no one is there. The neighboring business advised they have never seen anyone there working since they opened the store. I called the # and left a message for “Misty” which was not returned. I purchased seize the deal vouchers to use, what a racket, I’ve heard the Bellevue location is closed so I suppose everyone with the vouchers and/or gift cards are just out.
