Always GO INSIDE when ordering rather than trusting the drive thru line... I spent almost 20 mins waiting in line for the food for the car in front of me. ☹️ I hadn't even gotten the chance to pay yet but I'd had enough and needed to get back to work. Wish they'd had a spot for a car waiting on a big order to pull forward into instead. Not how I wanted to spend my work lunch break. Disappointed since they used to be one of my favorite lunch spots

It was 90° outside and their AC was broken. Has been for a couple of days according to the employees (lot of channels to go through to resolve such a big issue). That didn’t stop them from providing a positive attitude and experience at the front end. They didn’t complain, just helped me get what I needed like it was any other day! I couldn’t have handled it personally, so they must be some tough people! The food was great, had a buffalo chicken wrap and ate in, which may have been a mistake with how hot it was in there ? Appreciate the positive experience in less than decent conditions for the employees. Hope they get their AC back soon!

Why was the drive thru guy venting about his life and the company for almost 10 minutes while my food was sitting out ready for 5 minutes on the go mat. Like what. It was late after work I honestly just wanted him to give me my food but it was super awkward. I'm probably going to start going to the one in Brady after this?. Also they did not give me ranch or berry sauce.

Market Fresh sandwiches are awesome. Wish they served Pepsi. Curly fries are good.
I love their fish sandwich. Was really wanting to try their burgers but they are apparently promotional and they didn't have them. Was bummed but will try when they have them again. A bit pricey but then again everything is these days.

Not sure who runs the QC arbys, but these are some of the most expensive stores in the country. I travel quite a bit, and most Arbys still run a 4 for $10 deal on classic roast beef.(Dubuque, ia was the last location I saw this). Unfortunately this location charges over $5 per sandwich. Absolutely pathetic.

It took forever to get our order. When we did it was not correct. The dine in area was dirty. The one section of seats had no lights, so it was like dining in the dark.
