Waited in line for at least 20 minutes as the employee talked with friends for a ridiculously long time in the car ahead of us. No concern for the other 6 cars of customers waiting behind me. She did not care at all that people were waiting. She was talking instead of making the drink order for her friends, which turned out to be only 1 drink. If I could’ve backed up and left, I would have.

when a customer asks you if you can make their drink sugar free, rolling your eyes is not an appropriate response. I usually tip a lot when I go here but a simple question does not warrant attitude like that. customer service needs a revamp.

The reward system informed me I had a “Free drink” so I decided to use it and they still charged me .50c because the owner has not updated his system with the price increase. Not to mention the girls roll their eyes or ASK for your quarters like they are begging on the street corner.

I'm leaving one star because of the owner's response to Cianna Young. That's not how you respond to criticism from your customers. For this reason, I'll never go to Atomic Coffee Bar in Bettendorf. I'm appalled at the response.

My coffee was good but the girl didn’t seem to know what she’s doing. The other girl had to help her, they were laughing obnoxiously and threw out the first drink she made. Didn’t make me feel super confident that I would get what I ordered!
Parking: It is a drive thru only and both sides were open so it wasn’t a long wait at all.

Oh the B-52 how you brighten my morning just like my wife
Went to atomic this morning like I have been for the past 6 years. The girls were absolutely disrespectful and disgusting. The level of rude I received this morning was awful. Girls were laughing and mocking me and my order. This is the second time now that I have received this treatment from morning shift at the Bettendorf location. Mean girls are gross and aren’t cute. Workers should be fired and learn that treating people ugly, makes you ugly.Also didn’t recieve a straw and drink was made incorrectly.
