Started keto a few weeks back and was looking for a bowl of some sort. The waitress pointed me to the veggie tacos, one of which was a tacoketo. The shell was made from cheese fried on the griddle with steak, I added o ions, mushrooms, shredded cheese, and sour cream. Served with cilantro and salsas.
Best taco I've had to date, I'll be back for the tacoketo!

The food was amazing! They were packed with a party of 20+ people, and service was still on point. We tried the birria pizza, and it was possibly the best thing I've ever had. Fantastic over all!
