Beef + Bourbon Chophouse

We chose Beef + Bourbon for our anniversary dinner yesterday. We made reservations ahead of time, and made a note with the reservation that it was our anniversary dinner. I'll get my disappointment over with first and move on to all of good. I wasn't happy with where we were seated. For whatever reason, we were stuck in the bar area. Our view to the left was the parking lot. The view to the right was the bar, which came with its own set of noise. And since we were on a main pathway, it was hard to have any conversation with the traffic and noise passing by every few minutes. I think I was expecting to sit in the beautiful other spaces they have available with dim lighting and a more romantic vibe, especially for an anniversary dinner. The food was absolutely mind blowing. Everything we had was cooked with so much thought and care. The beef medallion and crab cake appetizers really set the stage for the main course, which consisted of ribeye for both of us. Absolutely the best steak I've ever had. Tender, juicy, seasoned to perfection. My husband enjoyed asparagus with hollandaise as a side. I enjoyed a salad. Everything we devoured was absolutely top notch. Our waiter was awesome, Travis. He definitely took care of us as far as service. Very nice gentleman. I would give the food a 10000/10. I hope to be able to go back and give the ambiance another try. My fault for not speaking up while there or having the wrong set of expectations.

Food is amazing. The steak was cooked perfectly with great flavor. The broccollini was tasty. The sticky toffee pudding was delightful. Cool vibe and great service. Bourbon cocktails top notch.

First timers tonight ... definitely not last timers. The chef personally brought us our food. And the food was spectacular. Not one bite left in my plate. Our waitress, Grace was phenomenal. Literally the best steak I've ever had. Will be back soon for sure. 💯% recommend ... 5 huge stars!!!!

The atmosphere and food at Beef + Bourbon are excellent! We always have excellent service and amazing food! It is a must visit in the QC! You will not be disappointed!

Birthday celebration last evening for a dear friend....first time experience at Beef + Bourbon....will not be the last - From the time we arrived and caught up with Ray until our evening ended it was perfect....our service was the best we have had in years....Thanks Ray and Staff.....will see you again soon !!!

I am very pleased with my experience at this restaurant. Amazing costumer service and our waitress named Grace provided an excellent costumer service.

The service staff, food, and drinks were amazing. We have been to B&B a few different times during different times of the day and always are impressed with the service and hospitality. Chef was at the door pulling host duty and killing it, server Grace killed her Knowledge piece of the menu, and the bartender did an amazing job with the drink suggestions and menu. I hope this business keeps finding excellence and they keep bringing the great staff in that's makes this place what it is. 5 STARS

My husband & I shared a wonderful 9th Anniversary dinner here tonight & they nailed it! My husband called in & made us reservations. When we arrived we were warmly greeted and swiftly seated @ the SW window marked reserved. I very much appreciated that. Our server was a nice gentleman that was very attentive. Our food was delicious! We left with big smiles on our faces!

Service has been hit and miss. But overall a nice place. Food is good. Steaks are par. I like the theme and desire for what they want to bring to the table, however they lack the overall "WOW" experience that makes it memorable.

I ordered medium fillet steak, but it was overcooked. The meat is a bit tough and the taste is average! Disappointed because it did not taste what I expected. I wanted to eat something that melted in my mouth. But the dessert chocolate cake was really delicious.
