The bagels are delicious, by far the best compared to anything around here. It's too bad you can't actually sit in a booth and enjoy a little outing, like in the olden days. I also miss the great selection of vegetarian soups, hummus, and the honey grain bagels. Andrew is consistently friendly, kind, helpful, and hardworking! I'm putting 4 stars for service because some of the staff could work on being more friendly and pleasant...and smile. I'm not going to...
I'm relatively new to the Quad Cities, and I have been looking for a bagel shop. I don't know how I missed Bruegger's, which is a great option. Excellent bagels. I also ordered two bagel sandwiches, which were out of stock, so I was refunded for those and Bruegger's compensated me very fairly for the order issue.
