After we placed our order we went to get our drinks and there were fruit flies flying all around the drink station and the ketchup area. When we sat down the fruit flies were flying all around us as we were trying to eat. And there was a dead fly on the booth. My mozzarella fries were cold and they were out marinara sauce.

We stopped by in the middle of the afternoon. No one was at the counter, we had to yell to get someone’s attention. She didn’t seem too happy about having to come out and take our order. Even though there was no one else in the restaurant we had a hard time finding a clean table.

$17+ dollars for a whopper and a double cheeseburger. There were no ketchup or tomato on the sandwich, and everything except the onion rings was cold. Shame on you for ripping people off!
Went on lunch break and they take 25 minutes for a double whopper meal . Didn't even have time to eat my food. Slowest fast food I've ever seen . Will be my last visit to this location.
This is my favorite Burger King they have never messed my order up once and it feel like I can never get an order the way I want it at other restaurants..cough..cough McDonald’s.. might seem silly but it makes me happy my orders always right

The team member at the speaker was very rude. She was an elderly lady with short gray hair. I had trouble with ordering, I said "can I do the 2 for 6?" breakfast as I usually order and I was met with "2 for 6 what? all you said was that, I don't know what you're talking about. 2 for 6 biscuits? crossiants?" I took this personally as I felt like it could've been a lot more nicer. Whether it be "okay, 2 for 6 crossiant or biscuit?" or even explaining the way it works to me as I clearly didn't know or understand. it ended up being the 2 for 5 but as stated the team member was just really rude, saying things like "okay so what do you want" and repeating herself after I already stated what I would've liked. For Ex. "double or single because 2 for 6 is double" I said "single please", she said "okay so which one?" and I felt I HAD to say "2 for 5" and not once was I rude to this lady. I kept apologizing for the misunderstanding and saying thank you, you know, minding my manners and she just didn't care to be nice even after I wasn't giving her any attitude. I don't understand why people need to be this way. I asked for grape jelly at the end of everything for my 2 sandwiches and she gave me 1 and I felt that was petty. I am not expecting from this chain of course but I just needed to rant about how my experience here was anything but nice.
