Used to eat here regularly. Haven’t been in months. Prices went up and portions and quality on everything went down. Wish it was good again but its ruined for me after multiple re-tries.

Super unprofessional, went 30 min before closing and they tried telling me they only serve regular Mac and cheese and then proceeded to laugh as I was walking out. They claimed there was no manager and Abby is the one who was telling me this. First time and my last time going here.

They start closing down the restaurant almost an hour before they close. They close at 9, but in reality they close at 8pm because staff pretty much pulls most of the toppings except for the classic Mac and cheese until close

The food was okay but barely cheesy, it felt like plain noodles with toppings. The bread came as two tiny slices. The place was run by teens, which made it awkward. Most of them were chatting with each other, even while serving. When I sat down, one girl was talking so loudly about drama that I could hear her across the room. I think the only thing keeping the mac and cheese intresting are the various flavors they offer.

I just need to stop going here, it always sounds good but is disappointing every time. This last time we barely had any cheese on our pasta whatsoever, I thought mine was because I ordered buffalo chicken and asked for it easy on the buffalo sauce, but nope the other person with me barely had any on theirs either.

I have visited multiple times but this past visit the mac n cheese was different, did you change the cheese sauce ? It was cheesy like nacho pump cheese, terrible. Hopefully its not like that for long.

The food was great, and the service was quick and polite. The place was clean and stocked. I had the margherita basil chicken bowl and my partner had the chicken bacon ranch bowl, both were delicious and well worth the money.

Not really sure how they think running a business expecting people who are calling for take out to just pay over the phone is going work, but for nurses it is not always the case, as we are usually sending another staff member with cash to get our food. I love the food but didappointed in how this is handled... yes there is door dash etc...that charge extra money for that as well...just saying don't think that is a good business strategy, you can lose business because not everyone uses cards believe it or not...
