They've changed their tenderloins, and not for the better. The meat was gristly, and tasted like it had been fried in the oil they use for fish. The peach frozen custard tasted like artificial peach flavoring was used.

Been here at least 100 times over the years. Always good service. Yesterday, Kaleb served us. I believe he is new but he did a great job. Very kind and respectful to us, especially my son who ordered. You have a good staff!

What's the point of charging for extra toppings when it's very obvious that there were no extras put in it. Literally just left there and get home and my Reese's peanut butter cup concrete with extra Reese's literally looks like they took 3 cups smashed them up really small and mixed it into vanilla ice cream. I'll just start going to whiteys or dairy Queen because at least there if you ask and PAY for extra they give it to you. I had a long day and all I wanted was a sweet treat, instead I basically got a concrete mixer of vanilla ice cream so i didn't even eat it.

Took some friends there for custard after a shopping trip. There 9 of us and the cost was surprisingly lower than I thought it would be.

So me and my boyfriend went through the drive through around 8:30 so nowhere near closing time. We did have a bigger order and I understand working in a fast food industry can be stressful. I personally would know since I have worked at a McDonalds. This was some of the worst customer service I have received. The lady taking our order seemed pissed off that we were still ordering. Mind you, my mom has celiac disease for those of you that don’t know what that is. It’s a gluten allergy that destroys your gut health. The lady taking our order put no bun on the menu. Yet we received a GLUTEN bun on the burger after I said 4 times to have no bun. There’s more they messed up too. I asked for a chocolate concrete mixer with brownie pieces and again I had to repeat it 4 times. And they messed it up by putting vanilla! And last but certainly not least, my boyfriend ordered a grilled cheese meal. He was given a grilled chicken sandwich. Culver’s you need to check on your employees because I’ve received NO good service. I have also gotten my orders messed up multiple times here other times as well. I will never be coming here again! Do better Culver’s!

Horrible customer service. We had to repeat everything we asked for at LEAST once, usually twice. Asked for no bun because of a gluten allergy, we really emphasized it because they were out of gluten free buns, and they put a normal bun on it. They messed up half our order and overcharging us for one of our meals. We will NEVER return to this location…
I consider that they should clean the environment of the flies I suggest using this product

Soups are delicious 😋🤤. I am not big with fastfood 😔. I am not a big fan of this place. But, you don't have to worry about your order being @## up lol like "Mc Donalds" this place is very friendly, and a good place for a family outing.
