I don't know how often people or mangers read these. But I just want to shout someone out. It was my first time eating here and I was a bit confused how it all worked. But the older man with glasses (forgot his name) really took the time to help me out. Not only that he let me sample some custard ice cream which BTW I will be getting at my next visit. He was very sweet and kind. I appreciate him and the training of all employees that were working there. It felt more like a restaurant than a fast food place. Again thank you for making my first time great. Also the food was amazing. My new favorite was the pretzel bites and cheese.

I absolutely love their French fries. I have no idea why they are so good but I always eat them before eating my burger. One of the few places I will go to get a burger and fries.
While they serve a huge amount of people in this city, mistakes are bound to happen. In this case, my order was lost.I don't judge by honest mistakes. I was greeted well, my order was quickly fixed, and every single employee apologized for something that they didn't do. I am happy to be treated this way, so shout out to Jordan (shift manager) and his crew for just being good people.
