We really enjoy this restaurant. My husband enjoys the Quesa Birria Taco, my sister really liked the Pastor. I get different things but in the past i really liked the Birria omlette. Their pancakes are always super yummy. (I always envy the food i see going to other tables, especially the pancakes!) I especially like that my picky eater daughter always finds a few options she's willing to try (strawberry crepes lately).

Lately we have been fortunate to have one of the best servers I've ever had. She's very attentive, really pleasant, very caring and SMART. I just love when we get seated in Stephanie's section. The service can make or break a meal for us. And Stephanie has consistently delivered a very enjoyable dining experience. Kudos to Stephanie for taking so much pride and care in her work. It really really shows.

Between great food and great service, D'Lua in Bettendorf is one of our favorites!

Parking: Never had a problem with enough parking. I think their spaces are even a little bigger than average.

Kid-friendliness: Excellent kids options. Lots of options for my picky kid.

I'm usually okay and fair on raiting places I keep it honest, but I will say there were 9 of us 2 plates came out then 10 minutes later 3 more then about 10 minutes more we received 2 more and then the 2 children's plates came out then the rest of the food like the toast and French toast and when we asked for butter for the toast she said oh I put butter on it my self well clearly no butter drinks were asked to be refilled not once but twice before they received them and yes we waited a quite extensive amount of time we had no silverware and had to ask for it she brought it to us in a pan her whole attitude was just offsetting and food was mostly cold but the coffee was hot . Maybe she was having a off day

DLua has never been a place I frequent because the staff is always a mystery mix of rudeness and tactlessness- just not very professional.

However , I don’t discourage people from having their own experience so I didn’t discourage a family member from eating there.

She was told by the waitress “if you’re not gonna tip, don’t come.”

I tried to contact the management and was never successful.

Get it together D’Lua . Y’all can do better. That’s a lot tips are based on service not cause you showed up with the food I ordered.

Great pancakes but the rest of the food can be great one time and terrible the next. Used to be good Everytime, hopefully it turns back around.

Our experience was just ok unfortunately. We were seated immediately but then nobody came to us for 30min for anything. My husband went to the host and the host got us a waiter so we could order everything at once. We only ordered 3 meals and got waters but it took us another 40min to get our food. The waiter did apologize for the wait and said the kitchen was backed up but it was frustrating seeing other tables tables that had gotten seated well after us get their food and leave before we got food. The crepes were excellent. The pancake tacos were not as good as you'd want them to be. Didn't quite hit the spot but the queso was excellent. We would try again. Just bad luck from the start.

I ordered tamales, she ordered fajitas. Food had no flavor, watery, tasted processed. I'm betting they buy the food frozen. Heat and serve.

Nice people but not worth the price. Save your money and go up the street for taco bell.

The food was okay. We were expecting sizzling fajitas but were disappointed. Did not expect to have to pay for more tortillas either. 3 is just not enough. The biggest turn off was almost having to pay $3 for the coke part of a jack and coke. I have never seen anyone charge separately for the alcohol and the soda. Service was okay. Overall, probably won't be back.

Surprisingly good authentic Mexican food. I had the Tricolor Enchiladas, which were three chicken enchiladas one each with salsa roja, salsa verde, and mole. All three sauces were excellent and tasted homemade. Service was also excellent. The only thing I didn't care for was the free chips. They seemed to be very dry and overcooked.
