0/5 stars. Ordered $45 worth of pizza from Domino’s on 18th St location Bettendorf at 11:35PM. That is 5 minutes away. Order showed up at 1:40am…ice cold, 2 hours old. Called 4 times prior to receiving my order, no answer till the last call “Driver’s late running behind, pizza’s been ready just waiting for a driver.” No apology, no refund. Trash service. Avoid. Ill be filling a dispute with my bank to receive a refund in full.

Placed an order for delivery, they took down the wrong number after an hour we called to figure out what was going on. They had left the pizza on the wet ground, bugs getting into the food, and the manager offered only a credit, this food is inedible by all health standards. It wasn’t even at the right building. This is an outrage. This franchisee has a lot to correct.

The pizza has been extremely delicious, hot & fresh.
I tried the parmesan bites. They are very good.
The deals are 2 items for $6.99 each ( $14 ) Cinamon Twists, wings, pizza & Many More.

Thank you to our delivery driver who drove in the rain and storms last night to deliver our food to a group of hungry folks two times. The food was great and we appreciate it!
First time to this location for us. Plenty of seating area. We have a pick up order and just pick up inside instead of drive through. The 6 items New York style large pizza is great. Just enough for 3 of us. They do not have any plates but gave me boxes instead. Pizza is very good and I will order again.

Manager & assistant manager are RUDE & like to call you a “liar” when THEY messed up your food. 0/10 DO NOT recommend unless you’re ready to cuss someone out for their disrespect. It’s pretty clear that a lot of people agree with me that they are trash🚮
