I've visited this location three times now, and each time the service has been subpar. I asked for very simple drinks but ended up getting the wrong thing twice in two visits. The final straw was today. I only come to this location because it's close to my job. I opened the door, not realizing it was intentionally locked, so I pulled a little harder, and the door broke open. I entered and was greeted by an employee with what I personally thought was an annoyed look on their face, as if I had inconvenienced them by coming inside the store in the first place. They told me in a very quiet tone of voice, or perhaps slurring their words, that either the store was closed or the dining room was closed but the drive-thru was still open. Either way, I couldn't tell because I personally could not see a sign that indicated that. If there was, I apologize for my mistake. Look, I understand that stores can be understaffed and that we are human and we make mistakes, but this is ridiculous. 🙄

Says to call about allergens but doesn’t answer the phone. When asked for a refund because they put cheese on my sandwich (dairy allergy) after selecting no cheese they told me to call customer service because they could not issue a refund since it was a mobile order. When I asked for the customer service phone number they responded with “I don’t have it. You have it.” Jesus the manager was also very passive aggressive.

Ordered a nasty delivery 5 minutes away. Cold breakfast sandwich with a microwaved tasting egg. Sausage wrap with cold sausage and another terrible egg. 6 tiny little hash brown pieces $2.48. Total of $26 for the inedible gross food.

I used to love coming here for my morning coffee but recently I've noticed a change. The new employees are very rude to customers and don't follow through with orders correctly. If approaching to correct a mistake they give a lot of attitude. This location also plays very non-kid friendly music with topics about murder and suicide. If you're looking for service pick a different location until this is handled.

It is clear that they DO NOT want you to dine in. It’s almost like your presence there is annoying to them. (We’ll help them find the solution they’re looking for by simply going elsewhere next time.)
Customer service was quite bad and while the atmosphere looks nice and is clean, the customer service contributes to making at atmosphere uncomfortable. You also need a key to use either restroom and there are no paper towels to dry your hands off with.
To their credit, the donuts were good.
Next time we’ll make the trip to Hurts Donuts or go across the street to HyVee.

Love Dunkin... However this location (Middle road, Bettendorf IA) is sporadic with its hours. I travel out of my way almost everyday to get coffee here on my way to work and it's a crap shoot at best whether it will be open or not.
