Ordered a nasty delivery 5 minutes away. Cold breakfast sandwich with a microwaved tasting egg. Sausage wrap with cold sausage and another terrible egg. 6 tiny little hash brown pieces $2.48. Total of $26 for the inedible gross food.

I used to love coming here for my morning coffee but recently I've noticed a change. The new employees are very rude to customers and don't follow through with orders correctly. If approaching to correct a mistake they give a lot of attitude. This location also plays very non-kid friendly music with topics about murder and suicide. If you're looking for service pick a different location until this is handled.

It is clear that they DO NOT want you to dine in. It’s almost like your presence there is annoying to them. (We’ll help them find the solution they’re looking for by simply going elsewhere next time.)
Customer service was quite bad and while the atmosphere looks nice and is clean, the customer service contributes to making at atmosphere uncomfortable. You also need a key to use either restroom and there are no paper towels to dry your hands off with.
To their credit, the donuts were good.
Next time we’ll make the trip to Hurts Donuts or go across the street to HyVee.

Love Dunkin... However this location (Middle road, Bettendorf IA) is sporadic with its hours. I travel out of my way almost everyday to get coffee here on my way to work and it's a crap shoot at best whether it will be open or not.

I had the $6 meal deal. The hashbrowns were not crispy and had a different taste..the bagel was good. My grandson wanted a frozen caramel coffee drink and the girl tried to charge us 5.99 instead of the price it was in his ap ($4.79). When asked why, she suggested in the ap he had points and he said that was not correct. It took her a couple minutes but she figured out the difference and charged us $4.79. Moral: Watch your screen.

Ordered a quick Cold Brew and Boston Creme at lunch. Very fast service from a kind and quick worker. Definitely a good Dunkin.
They don’t give you an option online to customize your drinks! Which doesn’t make sense! Like taking whip creams off the top. Have to wait to get there to tell after they’ve already put it on the drink. I’ve called 3 times and no answer very poor customer service.
