I had the $6 meal deal. The hashbrowns were not crispy and had a different taste..the bagel was good. My grandson wanted a frozen caramel coffee drink and the girl tried to charge us 5.99 instead of the price it was in his ap ($4.79). When asked why, she suggested in the ap he had points and he said that was not correct. It took her a couple minutes but she figured out the difference and charged us $4.79. Moral: Watch your screen.

Ordered a quick Cold Brew and Boston Creme at lunch. Very fast service from a kind and quick worker. Definitely a good Dunkin.
They don’t give you an option online to customize your drinks! Which doesn’t make sense! Like taking whip creams off the top. Have to wait to get there to tell after they’ve already put it on the drink. I’ve called 3 times and no answer very poor customer service.

I have ordered ten times at this place they always mess up my order. Never have the order accurate and never give the complete items. I ordered bagels today and got no cream cheese and the attitude from the staff was disgusting. I will not be going back. Bagels were as hard as rocks.

$6 for a latte that's not even full, doesn't taste like coffee at all just very sweet caramel milk. Waited nearly 10 minutes for a breakfast sandwich (there was not a long line, just 1 before me and 1 5ish minutes after they had me pull around to wait) before I left. Not a great experience.

Literally the WORST dunkin I have ever been to. They are so slow, I go to dunkin a lot, was in town today decided to stop at this dunkin in bettendorf iowa, It was a bad experience, very very very slow. Coffee didn’t taste right. They didn’t have the orders in line right. Nothing! their donuts are dry and looked like a 2 year old frosted them… Employees were very rude as well. I would not recommend! Starbucks is down the street might be a little more expensive but it’s worth it!

I don’t understand why every single time (no matter the location) your order at Dunkin is different. NO consistency across flavor, size, taste. Went through the drive thru and we ordered 2 medium iced coffees with cold foam… but we left with lukewarm coffee and no cold foam. We instantly drove off to another coffee shop in the Quad Cities; that will be getting a 5 star review. I also was surprised the cashier didn’t question the coffee that she was handing us, as there’s no doubt that they didn’t know it was old stale coffee.

Donuts are good but they got my order all wrong, I ordered online and ordered a cold brew with sweet cream foam, they put the sweet cream on the other drink in my order which left out the whip cream and caramel (my mother was looking forward to it) and they poured hot coffee over ice, tasts watered down and gross, also switched our Donuts. Would not suggest leaving untill you've checked your order completely.

Nice location, I frequent here since it’s the Dunkin nearest me, and a good middle ground between a McDonald’s coffee ($) and a Starbucks coffee ($$$). There’s two girls I often see working the window, and they’re both very kind and considerate. I’ve had to go strawless the past week because I got my wisdom teeth out, and they’ve put cute little drawings on the strawless lids. ❤️
Vegetarian options: All drinks are vegetarian, and there are many vegetarian food options available.
Dietary restrictions: Plenty of plant-based milks available for vegan options. Also, the mocha swirl is vegan.
