$6 for a latte that's not even full, doesn't taste like coffee at all just very sweet caramel milk. Waited nearly 10 minutes for a breakfast sandwich (there was not a long line, just 1 before me and 1 5ish minutes after they had me pull around to wait) before I left. Not a great experience.

Placed an order online today. Got there and nobody was at the store. It was closes. This has happened many times before. Don't waste your time here just drive down the street to Starbucks or Coffee

Literally the WORST dunkin I have ever been to. They are so slow, I go to dunkin a lot, was in town today decided to stop at this dunkin in bettendorf iowa, It was a bad experience, very very very slow. Coffee didn’t taste right. They didn’t have the orders in line right. Nothing! their donuts are dry and looked like a 2 year old frosted them… Employees were very rude as well. I would not recommend! Starbucks is down the street might be a little more expensive but it’s worth it!

I don’t understand why every single time (no matter the location) your order at Dunkin is different. NO consistency across flavor, size, taste. Went through the drive thru and we ordered 2 medium iced coffees with cold foam… but we left with lukewarm coffee and no cold foam. We instantly drove off to another coffee shop in the Quad Cities; that will be getting a 5 star review. I also was surprised the cashier didn’t question the coffee that she was handing us, as there’s no doubt that they didn’t know it was old stale coffee.

Donuts are good but they got my order all wrong, I ordered online and ordered a cold brew with sweet cream foam, they put the sweet cream on the other drink in my order which left out the whip cream and caramel (my mother was looking forward to it) and they poured hot coffee over ice, tasts watered down and gross, also switched our Donuts. Would not suggest leaving untill you've checked your order completely.

Nice location, I frequent here since it’s the Dunkin nearest me, and a good middle ground between a McDonald’s coffee ($) and a Starbucks coffee ($$$). There’s two girls I often see working the window, and they’re both very kind and considerate. I’ve had to go strawless the past week because I got my wisdom teeth out, and they’ve put cute little drawings on the strawless lids. ❤️Vegetarian options: All drinks are vegetarian, and there are many vegetarian food options available.Dietary restrictions: Plenty of plant-based milks available for vegan options. Also, the mocha swirl is vegan.

Today the service was absolutely terrible the person taking my order could not keep eye contact, interrupted me every sentence to talk to her friend who was standing in line behind me, had a snotty attitude, messed up my order. I tried looking past the terrible service but for the past few visits my donuts have been absolutely messed up. They were stale and messed up. I tried showing the lady at the counter that she messed up and how bad the donuts were but she brushed me off and said she couldn’t do anything about it. Never going back don’t recommend to anyone. I was treated horribly and the donuts recently have been terrible no matter which flavor I get.

This one girl we see all the time has actually put in our order before we even got in the store because she remembered exactly what we ordered! Never have had that happen before! We go out of our way to go to this Dunkin every single time. Love love LOVE this Dunkin!

This has to be the most pathetic Dunkin I have ever been too. The selection was quite abysmal. I thought Dunkin was supposed to have donuts?! A small selection and nothing that stands out. The Hyvee has better donut selection. I kinda looked and left, granted I haven't been in a dunkin in 12 years, but I did not expect that. The staff was super friendly, I will give them that. The store was clean and it had a very "Starbucks" feel to the layout. I wont return again because when I have a donut every now and then I would be nice to have a selection at least, especially when the name should say it all. Dunkin Donuts.

The icing on these donuts is super sticky and should not be piled in a bag. They need boxes for all. The workers claim it's due to humidity but other stores' frosting doesn't seem to be affected by the same humidity.
