My food was good but the girl that served me acted like she didn't know how to do her job. This was my first time coming in and I told her this and she was like oh that's okay and then proceed to just stand there at the register. When I had questions she would just say everything is right there. Nothing was labeled from what I could see. Maybe she's new, I feel like there should be someone there to help her and tag team customers. The peachberry tea was refreshing

Okay, I stopped by this location around 15-20 minutes before closing to grab a bowl. The location was locked..and the staff looked at me as I knocked and went back to what they were doing. The location was supposed to be open. I realize I was cutting it close, but it doesn’t take long to make a bowl. I was a bit surprised and disappointed.
I went back to give them another chance and noticed different staff and the bowl was fine.

The gal working tonight was not friendly. She was not welcoming and definitely didn’t like me questioning why one bowl was full and the other half way full. Asked for the managers name and was not forthcoming with the name. Very overpriced for the service and amount that was given.

Placed an order online. Went in to pick it up, they were slammed with a line of over 20 people. 2 teenagers were trying to juggle everything, poorly. They had a sheet on the door saying “not taking new orders”. They said they could fulfill my online order but it would take a while, so I could cancel. I went ahead and canceled and asked them for a refund. The refund never happened. So now I am having to go to my credit card company to dispute the charge. I’ve been to this store over 5 times: it’s so hit or miss with the food and service. I give up.

The owner was the most self absorbed person ever
Instead of apologizing that no employee was there
I said this order has been placed the customer and the driver were out and she had the audacity to say well she wasn’t making any money from the store because the employee didn’t show up
That attitude tells all of the owners thoughts
No concern for the customer
