Visiting from Florida and our breakfast was just AMAZING. My husband got the meat lovers wrap and he is a very picky eater and he just polished it all. As with me i had the best Strawberry Banana Nutella pancake and it was just the BEST! My husband cant help but keeping himself having it,it was really delicious.
And shoutout to our server,Miss ALIVIAđ She was the best. Its really nice to start your day with good servers that will make your day. She was very kind,attentive and she made the best iced coffee and her smile is just contagious.
We will definitely keep coming back. We visit my father in law 3x a year here in East Moline and now Breakfast with you will be in our list everytime.

Cute aesthetic inside. Seats not the most comfortable and loud room. Biscuits and gravy taste like it is out of a can. Omelets (Texas Mex and Carnivore) were beautiful looking and full of ingredients but somehow bland. The omelets definitely needed seasoning. I would wager the pancakes are made from a mix rather than in-house. The syrup was warm. The orange juice says fresh squeezed and we believed it - yummy and $5 a glass. The menu says fresh brewed tea but the waitress said it is now on tap. The wait staff we encountered were pleasant but not attentive. We literally asked for water twice and they smiled, but we didn't get it. Maybe they couldn't hear us?? Bacon was thin and low in quality. Wasn't worth the over $20 per person price. You'll get a better breakfast at Hy-Vee and that fact probably is a review enough.

My favorite breakfast spot. The quality is top-notch, and serving sizes are plenty. Their fresh fruit is always very fresh and not swimming in anything. Presentation is lovely and I love the Segafredo coffee.
Atmosphere is fresh and welcoming. We tend to go early so itâs pretty quiet. Staff is friendly.

Such a great spot! The breakfast was absolutely deliciousâevery bite full of flavor and perfectly made. Their packed cakes were amazing too, soft and rich with just the right sweetness. The staff were incredibly friendly and made the visit even more enjoyable. Definitely worth a visit if youâre looking for a warm and tasty meal!

Wow. Flips is an absolute gem in Davenport. We did not order the crepes but the presentation on those is nothing short of 10-star. We had the classic breakfast and Mediterranean Benedict. Absolutely beautiful presentation and large portions. Bring your appetite if you come here. Their kids meals are also amazingly prepared. This is a total home run of a choice.

I was really looking forward to trying Flips Pancake House, but my experience left me disappointed. I couldnât believe that a single slice of toast costs $3.19âthat just feels outrageous to me. $47 for 2 people to have breakfast is insane. I understand that dining out can be expensive, but that seemed excessive for what it is. This was my first time there, and honestly, it will be my last. I wish I could say I had a better experience, but I just canât justify those prices.

We visited for the 1st time in October when we came up to visit my parents, then again when we were up for my dadâs funeral in November. Have plans to visit again when we are up for Christmas. The service we received has been friendly & great! We have tried a few different dishes and all have been fantastic - although we have our favorites.
