I was really looking forward to trying Flips Pancake House, but my experience left me disappointed. I couldn’t believe that a single slice of toast costs $3.19—that just feels outrageous to me. $47 for 2 people to have breakfast is insane. I understand that dining out can be expensive, but that seemed excessive for what it is. This was my first time there, and honestly, it will be my last. I wish I could say I had a better experience, but I just can’t justify those prices.
We have been here twice now and the food has been fantastic! Great service as well!
We visited for the 1st time in October when we came up to visit my parents, then again when we were up for my dad’s funeral in November. Have plans to visit again when we are up for Christmas. The service we received has been friendly & great! We have tried a few different dishes and all have been fantastic - although we have our favorites.
Charged 2 full dollars for a tiny cup of ranch, and their steak for their steak and eggs is a hamburger steak. Legit just a hamburger patty. Very mediocre for the price

Worst experience ever, the host girl had the bad attitude, and we missed pancakes for out 2 breakfast orders, called back, no apologies, said if we can’t go back to pick up there’s no refund
With pancake house is pretty good but it will. The food was not the best to me. I write the food three star, but the atmosphere was pretty good. Everything else was pretty good. Service was really good there. Recommend it too much but it’s worth a shot.

Absolutely terrible management. I will never ever ever go back again. I'd rather take my business where management actually cares and does what they say they are going to do. Duck Creek pancake House and Jimmy's are far far far better! I'm fairly certain no one there knows what they are doing.

Their menu has a wide range of breakfast options, I highly recommend the Athenian omelet and cinnamon pancakes. Service was fast and friendly. The decor is modern and chic, but it can get a bit loud and echoey when the dining room is full. Most items are priced in the $13-14 range. I was disappointed to see that I was charged about 50 cents more per item on my bill versus what was printed on the menu. They also charge a credit card fee. I'd be more inclined to return sooner if they could get their prices down a bit, otherwise it was a delicious breakfast!

This place was amazing! Pancakes were light, fluffy and served with hot syrup. The whip cream on top was freshly made. Definitely worth the visit.

Good food but the place needs sound absorption panels. It is too loud and hard on ears especially on Sunday morning. It is ok but could be great.

Pancakes order was plentiful, batter lacked some flavor, toppings were very nice. Traditional two egg breakfast was fine but should have been priced lower.
