We went to the Tanglefoot and Utica Ridge locations well before their stated closing time (1430 hours) and both locations told us they were closed. NEVER go here. I will never patronize a business that does NOT abide by their published hours! This is not how you treat customers nor is it how to run a business.

All three of us were stunned at this unbelievable denial of service.

Food was the worst just left there , that techno music playing was disturbing and the great thing they have on menu was the Pepsi , thats about the only thing they could get right , flys all over restaurant , very nasty i will never come back and worst atmosphere ive ever seen , if i ran my business like that id be shut down in less than a week

The food is great. I come here every Sunday to get breakfast before I go to work. However I should not have to call 5x to get someone to answer. In fact they never even answered. I went over there and placed my Togo in person.
When I got there I was expecting it to be wall to wall with people but it wasn’t even half full. So I’m kinda disappointed. The hostess did apologize. Which I’m grateful for. BUT if you are going to run a business you need to answer the phone

This place is stellar! My husband and I are from Las Vegas where the breakfast spots are bountiful. I would LOVE to have a Flips in Las Vegas. The food was fresh and tasted amazing! The coffee was memorable and the service was stellar. We have a lot of modifications for our food allergies and the waitress was super cool about all of it. Best avacado toast, eggs cooked perfectly (no lace and cooked soft). Thank you for being the best around. Well done!

Delicious food (breakfast) and orange juice. So much to choose from, I had the seter pick between two for me because I could not decide. We will definately be back to try more.
