First and last time there. Ordered a sandwich. Provolone, ham. Awful. Bread is hard. You get a slice of ham you can see through. Tiny bit of lettuce, cheese and tomato. $6. So tasteless. Finding something else to eat right now!

Horrible customer service. Employees spend more time gossiping than working. And when they get your order wrong because of that customer is treated like its so inconvenient to workers to make it right. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

BEWARE: This place is by far the worst Jimmy Johns in the Quad Cities every single time I've ordered from this place my order has ALWAYS been incorrect it's like I understand once maybe twice but every single time without fail. Their food is great but when you don't get what you ordered it is a bummer!!! Customer Service is lacking in this particular Jimmy Johns as well. I will definitely not be coming back to any Jimmy Johns after today!! Plenty of other businesses in the quad cities who will take their time to make sure your order is correct I can care less about fastness I want what I'm ordering and paying for!!!

The staff here at this location is great and keeps me coming back! The Unwhich (#16 is my favorite) is my go-to ultra low-carb option. Sometimes they've even started making it for me as I'm walking through the door! They're not kidding when they say it's Freaky Fast. Rewards program is great, especially since I eat here often. Clean restrooms, too. Great experience all around.
The last I had their sandwich I was pleasantly surprised. Very tasty & delicious.

At first we were worried our driver was in an accident it took 45 minutes after ordering to get our food our sandwiches were out for delivery for 30 minutes. I was relieved he was ok and showed up when I called concerned. I have kids with me I didn’t want to pack in the car otherwise I would have done pickup. I live 5 minutes away. When our sandwiches arrived my entire sandwich was soggy. I hate soggy bread, I don’t eat au jus I hate it. I had to throw my whole sandwich away. Luckily no one else is bothered by it. I spent over 30 dollars on sandwiches and I left a nearly $5 tip which we do every time we order jimmys. I can’t tell you how bothered I am by this. Just call me when I order and I’ll order elsewhere or wait.

I would give zero stars if I could. After driving 14 hours we were ready for a quick dinner close to our hotel. We arrived at 9:10. The door was open, people were eating and all lights were on but two employees told us they were closed. I thought the first one was joking but then a male employee told us they closed at 9:10. Off we went to Red Ginger. You have lost me as a customer forever.
