I normally don’t leave reviews but I personally would want to read this before ordering from here. I placed an order at 12:40. I live 3 minutes away, so I normally would drive to pick it up, but I’m home with sick little kids who were napping. At 12:59, I get a notification that an Uber driver is going to bring my food, which I thought was weird. At 1:20, still no food, and when I look it says the estimated delivery time isn’t until 1:35, so I call. I was told that they were still waiting for the driver to show up. When I asked if my food had just been sitting out the whole time, she hesitated and said yes. I asked for it the order to be voided. She went and talked to her manager and said they would be able to void it. I’ll be checking my bank account to see if I do actually get charged for the order since I ordered through the app. It was obviously frustrating, especially since they would have sent food that had been sitting out for an hour if I hadn’t called.
Also, I got a notification at 1:51 that the uber driver had picked up the food. So, it would have been well over an hour before it arrived.

can’t even give or make you what you ask for. even charged me extra for what i wanted and then were lazy enough to not give me what i was charged for. seriously pathetic.

Ordered delivery through Jimmy John’s. Received order when I opened it did not get right order, lettuce was brown and tomato’s were mushy. Put everything back in the bag called and talked to the shift manager who stated she couldn’t refund it over the phone or deliver new food since they are using Uber, driver never showed up for them. I said that was fine I was sick I would drive the food back over I just wanted a refund of all my food asked if that was okay she said yes as they can’t just refund one sandwich. Drove the food back over, when I get there she said sorry I can’t refund any of it. When asked why she said they are using Uber for the orders, again not my problem since I ordered through the Jimmy John’s app. I left the food at the place and am disputing transaction with bank. Manager was called while I was there was too busy and stated wouldn’t be in until Monday and I would get a call and couldn’t give me a refund. Do yourself a favor go to hungry hobo or Jersey mikes I am now trying to get my $40 back. Will never be going back and I think this place everyone is thinking the same it was slow at dinner time.

This was a carry-out order. Observed clean public toilet while we waited. When we reached our destination, the order was 100% correct. The wrappers around the sandwiches were firm and tight. I like the way Jimmy John's uses the branded decals to close the sandwiches. Excellent quality Big John and Hunter's Club.
Parking: If you want dessert, the local, Whitey's Cherry Ice Cream is the best available in the area! And they are right there, too.

Jimmy John’s ran out of bread tonight. Unacceptable. How does a sandwich shop do that? Okay so they instead put it on this and think it’s okay to still charge over $9 for this BS. Management should be embarrassed to let this happen. My mind is freaking blown right now. Will never be coming back here unless this is refunded

Sandwich had dry meat and bread and dull lettuce, what looks to be the manager was to busy sitting down while stressing out the young workers. May be freaky fresh if everyone worked equal, all the Jimmy John’s in quad cities is going to pot.do yourself a favor and order Jersey mikes. Staff is nicer and food is fresher.

Bacon was not heated and still cold, it's cooked before its packaged but needed microwaved before serving. Drive through guy was extremely obnoxious.
i mighta just been starving but that was the best jj sandwich i’ve ever scarfed in a parking lot, and believe me, i’ve got some sandwiches under my belt. also, the lady with purple spiral gauges was nice and v cute. good food, good service, and fast as heck <3
