“This was my first visit to Smoothie King. As I was sitting at the local Smoothie King waiting for my order a young lady walked in and went up to the counter. As she was greeted by the staff she began to cry. I heard her say “I am sorry I’m just nervous.” The female employee asked her if she was there for an interview and she nodded yes. The employee then said “don’t be nervous. Everyone here is nice.” They had her take a seat. Shortly after, the Shift Lead Kionna came out and sat down with her and approached her with the biggest warm smile and a calm and reassuring tone. She said “I didn’t know about your interview today so I’m nervous and you’re neevous. Everything will be ok.” And then the interview started! We need more people like the ladies at Smoothie King!!! AND our smoothies were delicious too! ♥️“
