I had the chicken alfredo. The pasta was great, but the chicken was dry as dust. My husband had the chicken artichoke dish and his chicken was dry as well.

Extremely disappointed. Waited 10 minutes to be seated even with a reservation. 10 min to get water. 10 min to get drinks. Waiter forgot what we ordered. People who arrived after us got food before us. No one ever offered to refill water or get us more drinks. Side dish was wrong. Waiter hollered at us from 2 tales away “everything ok?” Food was not very good at all. No salads, no side options. Fries were awful. Waited 15 min to get check. No reason to return whatsoever. I don't mind spending money on a good dinner. Nothing about this was good.

The food was good. The service was horrible!!! I eat out all the time and I don't care how good your food is if you have nasty, rude service, it changes the whole experience. I am a woman of faith so I believe in grace. I was giving her grace all night, but it definitely impacted our experience. I could not believe how me and my guest were being treated. It was so bad we didn't want to bother asking for anything just to keep her rude comments at a minimum. We just wanted to get through the dinner. We were over-kill with pleasantries. It did not matter. She (Raeann)(sp?)did not want to be there and she did not want to wait on us. It was so bad another member of their team heard her rudeness and began to help us.

Menu is very pricing and wait staff was rude. We ordered a steak medium well and it was completely pink inside and waitress had an attitude because we sent it back.

Menu choices were not very good and the waitress started out good, then it went downhill after that. She got our drink order, food order then never returned until it was time for the bill. Very poor service!

Most likely the worst food and service we have ever experienced. Do not order a steak here. The “cooks” do not know the difference between rare and medium well. Horrible food.

We have dined at this establishment one time prior and had a great experience. This time we were really let down. I ordered the pepper steak and my companion ordered the ribs. The waitress we had was very slow at getting our food out but I gave her the benefit of the doubt for she seemed to have some kind of impairment causing her to walk slower. So I forgave her for this. I also ordered the coconut shrimp which on the menu said it was a fan favorite or something to that nature. I also ordered the wedge salad. My companion ordered the French onion soup as well. Our food seemed like it took forever to get because the restaurant wasn't extremely busy In my opinion. It took forever for my companion to get another soda. I asked for more water and the waitress takes a pitcher of water from another table of some other customers who had just left. My coconut shrimp was nothing more than just plain fried shrimp. I was expecting something great from this as it was a fan favorite but it wasn't great at all. The rest of our food was OK but for the type of establishment this is I would expect a lot better. They started to bring out our entrees and it wasn't the right order for my companion so they started to set it down and realized it was wrong and picked it up from the table and took it back. I'm not sure who's food that was. Our entrees arrived and the food was only warm and not hot. They forgot one of the sides and finally brought that back. We told a different waiter and waitress of our problems and they both said they would tell our waitress but she said the waitress finally said something to her but it was quite a while later. I went up to get our to go boxes and again our waitress disappeared forever and we were ready to go. When I went up to get our boxes one of the other waitresses tried giving me two small boxes and I needed larger ones then I see our waitress and she says she's got to go get the larger boxes from somewhere else. I'm not sure what she had been doing.

The service was exceptional, but the food was not as expected for the cost. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant, especially if you are staying at the hotel.

We made reservations for 7:00 pm on New Years Eve. We wanted to "stay in" so we could enjoy ourselves without worry. Waited in line at the hostess desk for 15 minutes after our reservation time. Hostess told us kitchen was behind and told us we would be waiting until the kitchen caught up. We understand that things get busy but we can see an empty table and asked to be seated. We would have a cocktail while waiting. We got to the table and someone brought us water. We ordered drinks. We received the soda but not the cocktail. After about 10 minutes, my partner saw the one who took our drink order stand at the bar for yet another 10 minutes. A total of 35 minutes after our reservation time and we still do not have my drink nor have we placed our food order. So now it is 7:35 - no drinks - no appetizers - no food. No update. We had no reason to believe it was going to get any better so we decided to cut our losses and leave. We went to a different restaurant outside of the casino/hotel/restaurant where we were staying - defeating the purpose of making reservations in the same building. Instead of fine dining, we wound up at a bar eating burger. I could not have been more disappointed.

Chef prepared an excellent tender Prime Rib for Christmas Day dinner. My bartender/server Aleah was Awesome, energetic, polite, efficient and handled the pressures of a busy Christmas rush with ease! Next night, I had the spinach beet and artichoke salad that was delicious as was the Filet Mignon. Again, Aleah gave me an excellent dining experience and went above and beyond... Thanks for great service and food. Too bad the casino experience was not the same....
