the food was okay... the service was okay.... but the timing of the courses was terrible. we ate dinner at kellers two days in a row (had food points to spend) the first night... we got our drinks and right away our apps. didn't even get to enjoy our cocktail... the second night we waited for some of our drinks and got our food before one of our guests got his drink... they ran out of shrimp so no shrimp cocktail... (or any dish that had unbreaded shrimp in it) ....and got our apps AFTER our meal. Very, very disappointing.

What a wonderful place! My parents and I have become regulars here because of our favorite 6 ounce filet cooked to perfection, wonderful atmosphere, and the sweetest servers in the world! Thank you to our favorite waitress (blonde lady with glasses) for sending us home with the best peach cobbler in the world!

First time dining there and the food was excellent and large portion, I had the porterhouse t-bone and my boyfriend enjoyed the filet mignon with baked potatoes and salads for both of us. The waiter was very professional, needs to lighten up a bit , but service was good! We live in Illinois about 2-1/2 hours away and we will definitely be back for another delicious dinner. Thank you

The food was so good. The staff was excellent, and we will be back. I felt like it was home-cooked food from my own kitchen!!! And that's what I like when I go out to eat somewhere. I want to feel the comfort of home-cooked food, but not me dirtying up my own kitchen.

Reservation for anniversary dinner, got sat next to a closet, to the point where my husband was literally looking into the closet from his seat. Not great. Ordered the salmon and husband had the 6oz filet. Husband said the steak was just okay, nothing remarkable. Salmon was undercooked and chewy. Asparagus was ice cold, the only thing good on the plate was the jasmine rice. Waitress was very apologetic and offered a replacement or refund. Took the refund as I wasn't confident a replacement would have been any better. For the price of the meals here I expected much better. Lesson learned.

The food has really improved lately. I dont know what you've been doing differently but please continue! The last 3 times my husband and I were here. The food was delicious. I recommend the steak burger, the wedge salad, the portobello fries and the chicken alfredo! Service has been great too. Very friendly staff! Kudos!

Kellers American Grill is the best Restaurant that Isle Casino Bettendorf has to offer. We were a party of 3. 2 had the pepper steak and they loved it. The salad and bread was wonderful. I had the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. I probably wouldn't order it again. It wasn't bad just lacked seasoning. Drinks were great. Server was attentive and pleasant. Overall good experience.

Great place at the Isle Capri for good food and service. The hours are limited, the menu too. The steaks and burgers were cooked perfect by the chef. They are flexible on menu order changes. Great place for cocktails as the casino serves weak drinks... Katrina and Ryan are great at making you feel welcomed always! They should open at 4pm on Fri/Sat nights....instead of 5pm...

We throughly enjoyed our meal. The filet was done exactly as ordered. The garlic mashed potatoes were good but were light on garlic flavor. Our side salads were perfect for a side: nice thin cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, lettuce blend and croutons. The only reason for 4 stars was the atmosphere was not steak house typical. A bit too casual to qualify as "high end". Would definitely recommend for great food and service.

We chose Kellers for dinner before a show at the Quad Cities Waterfront Convention Center, as it's conveniently located across the skybridge. With a reservation two hours ahead of showtime and noting a birthday celebration, we expected a relaxed evening. The food was good, but the service was disappointing. A slow hostess created a bottleneck at the entrance, and once seated, our server was inattentive. It took over 30 minutes to get drinks and place our order, and more than an hour for our meals to arrive. Despite noting the birthday, there was no acknowledgment of our "special occasion." At the end, I had to track down our server to pay, even though only two tables remained. We made it to the show with just two minutes to spare. While the food was solid, I'd hesitate to return until the service improves.
