Most likely the worst food and service we have ever experienced. Do not order a steak here. The “cooks” do not know the difference between rare and medium well. Horrible food.

We have dined at this establishment one time prior and had a great experience. This time we were really let down. I ordered the pepper steak and my companion ordered the ribs. The waitress we had was very slow at getting our food out but I gave her the benefit of the doubt for she seemed to have some kind of impairment causing her to walk slower. So I forgave her for this. I also ordered the coconut shrimp which on the menu said it was a fan favorite or something to that nature. I also ordered the wedge salad. My companion ordered the French onion soup as well. Our food seemed like it took forever to get because the restaurant wasn't extremely busy In my opinion. It took forever for my companion to get another soda. I asked for more water and the waitress takes a pitcher of water from another table of some other customers who had just left. My coconut shrimp was nothing more than just plain fried shrimp. I was expecting something great from this as it was a fan favorite but it wasn't great at all. The rest of our food was OK but for the type of establishment this is I would expect a lot better. They started to bring out our entrees and it wasn't the right order for my companion so they started to set it down and realized it was wrong and picked it up from the table and took it back. I'm not sure who's food that was. Our entrees arrived and the food was only warm and not hot. They forgot one of the sides and finally brought that back. We told a different waiter and waitress of our problems and they both said they would tell our waitress but she said the waitress finally said something to her but it was quite a while later. I went up to get our to go boxes and again our waitress disappeared forever and we were ready to go. When I went up to get our boxes one of the other waitresses tried giving me two small boxes and I needed larger ones then I see our waitress and she says she's got to go get the larger boxes from somewhere else. I'm not sure what she had been doing.

The service was exceptional, but the food was not as expected for the cost. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant, especially if you are staying at the hotel.

We made reservations for 7:00 pm on New Years Eve. We wanted to "stay in" so we could enjoy ourselves without worry. Waited in line at the hostess desk for 15 minutes after our reservation time. Hostess told us kitchen was behind and told us we would be waiting until the kitchen caught up. We understand that things get busy but we can see an empty table and asked to be seated. We would have a cocktail while waiting. We got to the table and someone brought us water. We ordered drinks. We received the soda but not the cocktail. After about 10 minutes, my partner saw the one who took our drink order stand at the bar for yet another 10 minutes. A total of 35 minutes after our reservation time and we still do not have my drink nor have we placed our food order. So now it is 7:35 - no drinks - no appetizers - no food. No update. We had no reason to believe it was going to get any better so we decided to cut our losses and leave. We went to a different restaurant outside of the casino/hotel/restaurant where we were staying - defeating the purpose of making reservations in the same building. Instead of fine dining, we wound up at a bar eating burger. I could not have been more disappointed.

The waitress was superb! She was so nice and energetic!! She made it a celebration! Food was good except ribs were dry on both ends- I got a half rack so 4 ribs- both ends dry- the 2 in the middle were good

The hostess was rude. The food was horrible! I’ve had better fast food than what they are serving! The only good thing about the restaurant was that the waitress was very sweet and attentive! We will never be back!

the food was okay... the service was okay.... but the timing of the courses was terrible. we ate dinner at kellers two days in a row (had food points to spend) the first night... we got our drinks and right away our apps. didn't even get to enjoy our cocktail... the second night we waited for some of our drinks and got our food before one of our guests got his drink... they ran out of shrimp so no shrimp cocktail... (or any dish that had unbreaded shrimp in it) ....and got our apps AFTER our meal. Very, very disappointing.

What a wonderful place! My parents and I have become regulars here because of our favorite 6 ounce filet cooked to perfection, wonderful atmosphere, and the sweetest servers in the world! Thank you to our favorite waitress (blonde lady with glasses) for sending us home with the best peach cobbler in the world!
First time dining there and the food was excellent and large portion, I had the porterhouse t-bone and my boyfriend enjoyed the filet mignon with baked potatoes and salads for both of us. The waiter was very professional, needs to lighten up a bit , but service was good! We live in Illinois about 2-1/2 hours away and we will definitely be back for another delicious dinner. Thank you

The food was so good. The staff was excellent, and we will be back. I felt like it was home-cooked food from my own kitchen!!! And that's what I like when I go out to eat somewhere. I want to feel the comfort of home-cooked food, but not me dirtying up my own kitchen.

Reservation for anniversary dinner, got sat next to a closet, to the point where my husband was literally looking into the closet from his seat. Not great. Ordered the salmon and husband had the 6oz filet. Husband said the steak was just okay, nothing remarkable. Salmon was undercooked and chewy. Asparagus was ice cold, the only thing good on the plate was the jasmine rice. Waitress was very apologetic and offered a replacement or refund. Took the refund as I wasn't confident a replacement would have been any better. For the price of the meals here I expected much better. Lesson learned.

The food has really improved lately. I dont know what you've been doing differently but please continue! The last 3 times my husband and I were here. The food was delicious. I recommend the steak burger, the wedge salad, the portobello fries and the chicken alfredo! Service has been great too. Very friendly staff! Kudos!

Kellers American Grill is the best Restaurant that Isle Casino Bettendorf has to offer. We were a party of 3. 2 had the pepper steak and they loved it. The salad and bread was wonderful. I had the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. I probably wouldn't order it again. It wasn't bad just lacked seasoning. Drinks were great. Server was attentive and pleasant. Overall good experience.
