Brittany at the McDonald’s on 53rd is hands-down the best. Every single time I pull through the drive-thru, she greets me with a laugh, a big smile, and genuinely great energy that makes my day better. She always hooks my dog up with a puppy cup, which never goes unnoticed and means a lot.
It’s immediately clear that Brittany is a natural leader. If you’ve ever managed employees before, you’d recognize right away that she’s someone who helps a business grow and thrive. With the right tools and resources, she would do absolute wonders — honestly, I could see her owning or running a place like this one day. She treats customers right and runs things like a well-oiled machine.

One of the worst McDonalds I have been to. I had to repeat my order multiple times and still correct her bc the screen still didn’t show what we ordered. Not a difficult order. Cheeseburger happy meal with ketchup and extra pickles. Never asked what the drink was… had to remind. When we got our food we took it home, they did not provide a straw but they charge for ranch… the cheeseburger did not have any pickles…. And the fries I think you could call warm not sure if they were even done… we won’t be back….
