Every time I come here they have to mess something up, today I came in the morning in a rush and they charged me for the wrong order, I couldn’t come back til later because of work but had a picture of my meal and had proof they wrongly charged me, I came back during my lunch break and they refused to do anything about wrongly charging me and made me waste my money and time twice, I’m paying for these workers mistakes, they often give me the wrong burgers and wrong orders and forget things, truly one of the worst McDonald’s I have ever gone too, idk if it’s because it’s busy or what, either way i shouldn’t have to pay for other peoples meal and have to check everything I bought while I’m driving. Not quick and not efficient place to eat.

My son was completely disrespected , the Manager on duty was immature unprofessional and even thought the ticket on the sandwich Bo’s said no cheese they still put it on there out of pure spite smh disgusting.

Gave and received the most special service aof my life here, the mood was perfect with perfect lighting to match the atmosphere. For once at a restaurant, I was the one getting my meat eaten

Mcdonalds has becoming increasingly worse and worse over the years. Even compared to other companies they have risen their prices high. Not to mention that the food is worse and worse as well. The funniest part is it hasn't even been fast for years. I've gotten food faster, cheaper, and so much better at sit down Mexican restaurants. Today I waited 20 minutes for a mcgriddle, hash brown, and bagel. I will never go to McDonald's again in my life. It's not JUST this location, it's every McDonald's. Corporate is clearly beyond incompetent at this point and is in desperate need of improvement is every single aspect.

Drive through order. I messed up my order and they fixed it from the pay window. Got to the pick up window and the very nice lady told me she checked my sandwich personally and it was made the way I wanted.
Ordered 2 of the 5 dollar deals. Got to the park to eat and there wasn't any chicken nuggets !

In trying to eat lunch I asked the cashier for a hamburger with cheese and bacon. What a big mistake I did, there is no hamburguer with cheese they told me. Then I pointed to the board and said; give me choice number 2a, that is what I want; still that didn't fix the misunderstanding, they could not figure out what I wanted. The manager sided with the cashier and didn't want to hear from me anymore. For them, a hamburger doesn't have cheese and a cheeseburger is not a hamburger with cheese! Go figure. The personnel showed no empathy to me, so I left this place and I am not coming back.

As soon as you enter the doorway there’s a strong urine smell! But food is good! Please inform the manager about this! 2 weeks later there is still that smell but stronger!!
