Ordered 2 double quarter pounders and failed on first attempt and gave us just 2 quarter pounders. Turned around and was told I could come back next day and receive what I had ordered. Unfortunately when I went to retrieve what I had ordered, the order was still wrong. Needless to say, I am done trying. Thanks for the food though.

Ordered a simple quarter pounder with cheese, no onions. What I got was a sad quarter pounder, no onions AND no cheese. Barely any pickles or ketchup/mustard. Be very cautious when going to this place.
As I walked in associate at the cashier resisted barely spoke to me but spoke to other customers but the lady that served me my food was very friendly. The restaurant was very clean I was impressed.

McDonald’s have really gone downhill over the years but this was NOT AT ALL the experience my husband and I had today we had the most friendly helpful and enthusiastic employee help us today! His name is Aaron went above and beyond for us making sure everything was right with a smile on his face! Thank you for truly great customer service!

I used to be a fan of McDonald's fish sandwiches, but after two bad experiences (another at dif location), I'm looking for a new go-to. Today, there was no tartar sauce on my sandwich for the first time ever. It was dry and tasteless. And the sauce couldn't hide the slight stale taste of the bread. It was just bad. My other experience elsewhere was barely edible in a way that makes me question the "foodness" of it at all. Have we given up on expecting anything of McDonald's for the sheer convenience of it?

I will never go to this location on my own volition. I drive for door dash and every time I have to pick up an order here, it is a complete disaster inside. I usually wait at least 20 minutes and can’t get help from anyone.

This is the only McDonalds that I always notice the buns are never fresh and burgers are just warm. The reason I stop here is because it’s so convenient. A cheeseburger should have melty cheese and be hot. I recommend the one down on Kimberly road.
