I remember when McDonalds was a happy place to go to. Colorful, fun and inviting to most kids while parents appreciated decent "bang for buck." With the increased prices and decreased quality of food, I would rather take my $10/15 and go to a real restaurant. I used to go to McDonalds all the time. As of yesterday, I remember why I chose to never go back.

Placed a mobile order for at 8:36 PM for curbside, waited 20 (8:55) mins before I called and told them how long I had been waiting for. They told me it hadn’t been that long and had attitude when they were talking to me. They didn’t even make my burger right. Very bad location????
I litreally told the guy can u make me fresh cookies please … i just like to have it fresh nd hot …. But still they gave me cold one i am really disappointed…. I jus wasted my money …..

This store is not going anywhere. When going through the drive through, you will sit in line for over 20 minutes while they only do the other drive thru line. And if/when they do answer they sound like they are having fun in the background instead of working. They never get my order right, I’m constantly missing an item or get the complete different from what i ordered. This branch is a compete waste of time and effort. Will never come to this McDonald’s again.

I go to the McDonald's on Middle Road in Bettendorf IA, but will be avoiding them. Today at 8 p.m. I ordered 2 large unsweetened ice tea. It took 18 minutes to get them. I was ask to pull into the spaces for drive thru waiting. They had to brew more ice tea. They should have known that before I ordered, they still had 4 hours to be open for business. I know they are short handed but THIS STUFF IS A MANAGEMENT PROBLEM.
This is not the first time the wait has happened, it is every time I come here.
In the last pickup window there will be 2 girls behind the one at the window and they can't even have to do your drink ready.
They might have drinks ready for cars behind you but not yours. BAD SERVC

Wow! This place really messed up or order. First they forgot items, and then our pancakes looked like this. Don’t worry this one was on the bottom so we would see it. Never go to this location.
