Went through the drive through and we did have to pull up to the vacant spot in the front of the store, but when the food did come out approximately 3 minutes later the fries 🍟 were hot, the nuggets and burger 🍔 were warm and the drinks were cold. They had forgotten to bring out my hot fudge sundae, but I wasn't charged for it , and they ended up giving it to me for 🆓!!! 🤤Not all the McDonald's have good crews like this one and I don't give out 5 stars readily,but the Bettendorf, Ia. one here on the Sunday night shift deserves it!! 💯

You literally have to go inside to make sure you get everything. They will miss sauces for nuggets, drinks, and even desserts if you don't go in. So that means the drive thru crew has some work to do cuz that's where items get missing even after the order taker rings in these items and you see it on the screen. The times we've been in drive thru this McDonald's was not at all busy.

I got delivery through doordash this was nasty food a double quarter pounder with extra cheese it was so under cooked. And the big mac well that was like eating a dirty sponge i threw half out. The only good thing was the fries. I will go to Burger king in bettendorf well maintained and friendly 😋 this is in bettendorf iowa.

I work near this restaurant and typically choose it for a quick lunch. However, during my last few visits, they have consistently got my orders wrong. They’ve forgotten items I paid for, served cold food, and made mistakes with my orders. If I call to complain, they simply say they will replace the food without addressing the overall customer service issues.

It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with such poor service. The staff has also been quite rude during my visits. The only reason I’ve kept coming back is its proximity to my workplace, but at this point, I’d prefer to drive further away for better service.

I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. The food isn’t worth it, and the service is terrible. If I could give it less than one star, I would.

Waited over 15 mins in line for my food that i ordered in the app and still was told to pull to the side of the building then we i got my food it was cold very disappointed waisted my lunch break for nothing

About 4 crew members were sitting on a table doing nothing
Food took a minute and got 3 or 4 tiny pieces of lettuce on my double cheese wouldn't be a big deal but being a uncharged it kinda of pissed me off.

Another side note please make sure your breakfast burritos are not hard!!
Only one location i got them and were soft.
Even if y9u have to charge more can you make your burritos a burrito and not a tequito.

I ordered a double cheeseburger only, without cheese. Had to pull aside- understandable with no cheese. Took a while. Out finally walks some poor older lady with 3 bags that say number 2 on it. I was number 2. She brings all to my car. I’m like-“ what’s this”? She had no clue. Two of the bags were heavier. I looked inside the smallest bag, very discouraged- and there was fries in it. I took the bag just to be on my way. Didn’t eat the fries, and of course the double CB had cheese. Mad! Get home later I’m on my bank account and I was charged $5.65. Should if only been $3 something for the burger only AS ORDERED. Called and talked to the manager, he apologized , took my name & address to send me coupons. Never got em. Went back a week or more later and went thru the drive thru and asked for him and he was busy. Talked to Deontre, who was super nice- told him he needed to be in management- he took my name and said he’d make sure the manager got my message and name- and make sure it got done! Well, that never happened either. I’m done with Middle Rd and everyone there!! I’ll take my bud to 53rd!!!
