Food was very good and very hot. Would have been nice to be warned of the hot food because it did burn my mouth a little bit. Took a little longer than I would have liked

Took food to counter manager said there was th item on my sandwich which wasnt but guess the manager is right

They the hottest thing on the menu as far as a common food menu yet ; why is it this place is fast , complimentary as well as the food is warm like a fresh gooey batch of goodness , keep straight til you find this place as you will eat well once you dine in / carry out !

Cold food and slow drive-thru... Nothing new here. We tried this bad McDonald's again today. Same thing every time. Both our sandwiches were cold and cold, soggy fries. We took a bite out of each one and threw them both in the garbage. Along with all the fries where it all belongs....with the garbage. What a waste of $15 bucks! I don't know how this place stays open!

This McDonald's downtown Bettendorf has no customers and 1 person working and 3 others playing around including the boss and they still can't get my order right. This is like the 4th time this has happened. I think I will drive farther to anotherone and get it right.
