I give 4 star because the cupcakes are always phenomenal. I have had multiple cupcakes and they are all great. However, we recently purchased a carrot cake from Mollys. The carrot cake frosting was not good. The cake was over $30. Everyone at the party ended up removing the frosting from the cake and tossing it in the trash. The frosting fell off in chunks. I would recommend sticking to the cupcakes if you visit this bakery.

I got a red velvet cupcake and my roommate got three other kinds. We were visiting the QC from Galesburg. The cupcakes were FABULOUS! The red velvet was not a bit dry, like a lot of places. The flavor was excellent, the frosting was not over the top sweet, and it was super moist. These cupcakes melt in your mouth. My only complaint is we did not buy more (so not their fault). LOL. I highly recommend.

Mollys has gluten free options that are absolutely delicious. It’s so hard to find any bakery that offers anything gluten free.My husband enjoyed the non gluten free options too.

These are by are the best cupcakes I have had in a LONG time! I got the strawberry cheese cake and the cookies and cream! The cheese came one was a strawberry cake, cream cheese filling and a whipped cream frosting! It was DELICIOUS! You could awe the vanilla bean seeds in the cream cheese! She has a customer for life with me!
