I ordered a medium pizza and small Breadsticks. Didn’t get the breadsticks. Manager Sara from the Bettendorf Ia wasn’t willing to help me and hung up on me. Terrible service and customer service.

I came in here for a door dash, not realizing the bag I had wasn't big enough. I'm not sure who the gentleman was who helped me, but he gave me 2 doordash pizza bags to help me out! He was soo nice and made my day! Customer service here is always great, and the pizza is always delicious too. I love Papa Johns!

Ordered at 508 food came at 645 and was cold and just flat out not worth it. To top it off tried calling and couldn't get the number to go through. Probably won't order for some time again.

This pizza is awful all the toppings are right in the middle so when you pick up a slice all the toppings fall off. The crust is not done and there delivery drivers are absent. So now I am waiting for door dash i gave tip who got it? This pizza is awful.

Ordered dinner and tipped the driver 10 bucks at checkout, food was great, they remembered my dips, and my soda. The driver took a bit and seemed to deliver 2 orders before mine. He was very pleasant and said I was his finally delivery after 8 hours.

Ordered delivery. Only received half our order. Waited on phone for 20 minutes to discuss with facility who knew half our order was left and didn’t reach out to delivery man or myself. Had no resolution to get us rest of our order and we had to go pick it up ourself. No reimbursement of delivery fee. Worst service ever from a pizza joint
