Try calling and no one answer then when someone does answer its call center they don't speak English il never order from pizza hut again they wonder why they are closing down all the places lazy people can't even answer a phone

Do not order from this location unless you are up for arguing with the employees over having ever placed an order. I ordered my pizza at 6:40pm and waited until around 8pm to call and ask what the deal was and was argued with and told they never even had an order with my name even though I was staring at the confirmation email from their location, we went back and forth for about 10 mins for him to tell me he was wrong and they did have my order and they would send it out free of charge for the inconvenience. I was pleased to hear this and happy they planned to compensate for the miscommunication. I receive a call about an hour later from the person that was supposed to deliver my pizza telling me he was unable to find my apartment and the number he called told him not to bring it? I’m not sure who he spoke to but it was not me. I never received my order. I called back to tell them to keep the pizza and make sure I am not charged and Bryan told me it had already been done. He was not at all helpful and did not offer to compensate for the mess. Very disappointed in this location.

If you order pizza and the pizza delivery place doesnt have any drivers staffed (What?) then they will send a crackhead door dash driver who will eat 2/3rds of your order on the way and then act surprised when you expected more than 1/3rd of the food you paid for.

While visiting my daughter place we ordered pizza from Pizza Hut. I decided to order the big New Yorker, but instead of pepperoni we decided on chicken and bacon. Man, the pizza was hot, great delivery timing, and it was delicious. Everyone agreed it tasted different than any other pizza we have ordered from there. And it was really big.

I ordered pizza and the driver put it on the ground and walked off. I'm sitting and waiting for 45 minutes. He didn't text nor call to tell me that it was delivered.Then when I called, they asked the guy and the person in the phone said well its there ma'am. I will be calling the Mgr tomorrow.
