The manager Jenny was amazing. She was running around all over the place trying to make everything work. Great attitude. If i go to this place again, it would definitely be for her.

I was in the arcade trying to load a card. 3:30 - 4pm 1/25/26 I had 25 dollars to put on the card. The machine asked for 22 dollars. I asked the cashier for change. She gets shitty with me and tells me that the machine does not give change. I said I understand that but the reason they put you back here with a cash register is to make change and hand out toys for tickets.
I didnt need her comment. I needed her to do what she is being paid to do and she had an issue with that. I would recommend to pizza ranch to find someone more capable / willing to do the job with respect for pizza ranches customers.
