Love this starbucks and all the employees, but today, I believe her name was Ellen, made my drink today and when I noticed when she had given me a normal amount of ice I corrected her and told her I asked for light ice nicely and she gave me a dirty look and dumped like 4 ice cubes out and told me it would melt. I asked for light ice to avoid my drink being water downed. The drink that I ordered also wasn’t made properly and was missing ingredients. She also didn’t tell me...
