It was my first time at this location. I had not been to Starbucks in over 2 yrs I frequent Panera bread cafe . I didn’t know menu changes . The associate was not really friendly when I asked about the type of drink I wanted . I was trying to understand her but she spoke fast like I was a bother . I remained calm didn’t say what was on my mind. Not everyone that frequents a cafe is knows in and out. Bad customer service.

Worst Starbucks ever if you are just getting a black coffee. Their new machines for black coffee are designed (I think) for one touch operation. But I had to wait like I ordered a quad decalf venti maccioto with oat milk. The fix is simple just have the cashier turn around push the button and own the order like every other

Love this Starbucks the barista in drive thru always knows my name and is very chipper she makes a great start to my day! And if ever a mistake is made which is a rarity, they are always very cheerful in making it right!

Got a skinny decaf iced Carmel macchiato and looks like it’s just milk and zero sugar vanilla cream I gave them another chance because this happened last time but never ordering from them again if I wanted to spend 7 on milk and cream I would of made it at home I would like to get what I actually paid for smh

I don't go anywhere else but here because they make the drinks the best BUT every time I go here there are always 2-3 working people working. It's not the workers fault its management. I come here every. Day. And not ONCE have I seen the owner. Those guys work so hard. They deserve better.
