My girlfriend and I came to this Starbucks for a quick coffee and bite before church. The coffee and food was great! Super friendly staff as well.
However, one hour later my girlfriend realized she had taken her retainer out and thrown away the napkin she placed it in. I went rushing back to hopefully pick it out of the garbage. Delaney was quick to check if they had emptied the garbage already. When she find out that they had not yet, she said to give her one minute, so she could grab some gloves and that she would look through it for me. I had asked to but she insisted that she would search for it. One of the first packages she pulled out ended up being the right one and I was able to get the retainer.
HUGE shoutout to Delaney and this Starbucks for helping us out. It means so much to have staff who are caring enough to go the extra mile! Thanks Delaney and team!

I have been coming to this location for a while now and it seems that when I come in and order im waiting 15-20 minutes because they are only working on drive-thru and mobile orders and not the customers in the store

It was my first time at this location. I had not been to Starbucks in over 2 yrs I frequent Panera bread cafe . I didn’t know menu changes . The associate was not really friendly when I asked about the type of drink I wanted . I was trying to understand her but she spoke fast like I was a bother . I remained calm didn’t say what was on my mind. Not everyone that frequents a cafe is knows in and out. Bad customer service.
