While I'm not a Starbucks frequented due to the fact that I don't like the way they roast their coffee. It's over roasted in my opinion and I buy my beans from other sources where I can buy high quality medium/light roasted beans. But I digress. We as a family like their mixed iced tea drinks so we buy those and we get the coffee grounds. This Starbucks bags them up, all espresso picks BTW, and puts them out for people to take. Like I thought all Starbucks do, which isn't the case. They were very happy when we came in to get some. I live in Davenport, but I'll drive over here instead of going to the rude Starbucks on Kimberly.
I'm not a frequent customer at Starbucks because I don't drink coffee. Today I wanted a Honey Citrus Mint Tea & my kids wanted cake pops, so we stopped by. The young lady working the drive thru & pick up window was so sweet. She was patient with me not knowing what to order & she was very thoughtful when my daughter last minute changed what flavor cake pop she wanted. I didn't get her name, but she made my day! She handed me this cup that she designed, with my tea ready to drink- I didn't have to wait 30 mins for it to cool down, which I greatly appreciate.
Thank you for such a great experience!
Apparently a medium brew coffee.....means i get a blonde expresso with brown sugar syrup oatmilk and cinnamon powder......wth
Great job STARBUCKS...and it wasn't even busy. The incompetent workers of America is extremely sad.
Rude manger. My sister waited 40 minutes for a mobile order, and the girl with the glasses made a shady comment about her.
my expirience' there was very good' with every' visit.

Waited 45min for a mobile order. They have been prioritizing walk in orders and drive thru. Very frustrating when I plan ahead to grab n go, and it takes 3x longer.
There was a girl at the window. She made my day, super bright and full of life, very sweet! I recommend coming here!

It was ok
Always pretty quick and their employees are polite. I enjoy that I can get something other than coffee too if that's not what I'm feeling and they are willing to work with you if you want something special.
Pretty normal Starbucks, but seems less busy than the others in the area which is a plus.
It's a Starbucks. Same as any Starbucks. I do like their chairs next to the windows though ?

I'm not a huge fan of Starbucks. I don't dislike the chain, I'm just not a huge coffee drinker either and would rather go to a more local cafe given the option. I hadn't, however, visited this Starbucks on Middle Road ever, even though I live literally two blocks from the location. After a quiet Friday meal out near the TBK Bank Sports Complex, I decided to stop in for a quick after dinner treat. There's not much to really say about this particular Starbucks that can't be said about other franchise locations - the space is open, clean, and offers the same food and drink options as any other Starbucks. In keeping with other modern architectural trends, there is no drop ceiling, leaving the wood supports, conduit, and HVAC ductwork exposed. As with other reviews I've written, this isn't a criticism. Between the extra space in the overhead and the soft accent lighting throughout, the dining area was quite cozy. For this visit, I opted to get a hot chocolate and package of dark chocolate covered grahams. The hot chocolate was ready within an expected period of time and I soon took a seat in one of the yellow faux leather chairs in the corner of the space. If you've had Starbucks hot chocolate, you know there's not much more for me to say about it here. It was hot chocolate with a little cream and chocolate syrup on top, the drink itself likely prepared from a powdered mix. Nothing bad about that - I bought a big container of Starbucks hot cocoa mix at Costco last year and routinely enjoy it at home. Two further things of mention about this space, one positive and the other just a little weird. On the positive side, two of the walls for the cafe space are almost entirely made up of windows. I imagine this would be quite nice during the light hours and summer months. The weird thing I find worth mentioning is also related to these windows, however. As I was glancing about the space, I noticed that along the windowed walls that many of the 120 VAC outlets are located about 10 feet from the ground above the windows. Nothing really wrong with this, but I wouldn't plan on coming back to do any work on my laptop here as there were only two outlets available at ground level. To conclude a review that is going a bit long, I can confidently say this is a Starbucks and my experience during this visit tracks with past experiences at other Starbucks locations. Don't overthink this review or others on Google - it is a Starbucks. It is clean, they serve the beverages quickly, and it is a nice looking space.
Vegetarian options: Coffee and tea should be fine for the vegetarian crowd. So are many of their pastries, more than likely.
Kid-friendliness: There were children in this Starbucks when I visited. They seemed happy and unperturbed. There are also high chairs available for use. That's pretty kid friendly, I think.
Parking: There's plenty of free parking around the space.
