11/15/25 Bettendorf location Ordered the 3 cheese baked Alfredo there was no Alfredo sauce it was just Mac and cheese and a lot smaller portion. Very disappointed went home hungry once again. Went a few months ago and had hot beef sandwich very skimpy and went home hungry. For the price you are charged you aren’t getting a full portion like you used to get. We won’t be going back.

Here we go again. When Stouts first came into town, we loved it. The food was great and the place was always packed. The food went down hill fast and we stopped going. Recently we stopped in because our go to place was packed and the food at Stouts was very good under new management. We have gone there 5 or 6 times in the last month or so and last night my wife ordered a taco salad. The meat came right out of the refrigerator. We suggested to our waitress that people may enjoy warm meat on a taco salad instead of cold. She told us that the chef had been told this before. Our waitress came back and told us that her and the manager had talked with him. When the bill came out and the taco salad was billed in-full our waitress told me if this ever happens again, let us know and we will comp the meal. I said to my wife if she makes that future promise, why wouldn't you comp the problem tonight?

The new chicken wings are gross. Shouldn’t even be allowed to call these wings, they are essentially KFC fried chicken drumsticks drenched in sauce. Way too much breading that becomes soggy when tossed in sauce.
Not only is the food bad but so is the service. The place is ran by a bunch of unorganized high school kids

This place is great. Their Sunday special is spectacular, their pretzel is outstanding, and I cannot say enough about the service. Faith is the best, hands down, Zach and Natalie kill it, and Kenzie brings the laughs. If I could give it a 10 I would!

We went on Sunday, July 6th, and our experience was fantastic! It was obvious that they were very busy, but Zack (Zach?) did an amazing job of not letting the stress of the situation show, at all. He also kept us updated that our food would be out shortly, and made me a very tasty Moscow mule on top of it; give that man a raise!
We just ate here for the first time. We loved the Irish Pub decor! Our waiter, Zack, was awesome! They have Guinness and Smithwicks on tap, so I could have my favorite drink, half of each! Very difficult to find here locally. Zack knew it was called a “blacksmith”! Our food was very good and arrived fast. We will definitely be back for corned beef and cabbage at the end of the month! Great experience!
