Ordered a brownie tornado. I waited.
Over 8 minutes, multiple people ordered.By me and I had already gotten their ice cream. I asked about it and all they could say was.Oh I forgot about it, so they made.Then the barely put in the brownie in It pretty much.I just got a cup of Vanilla Ice cream.This is the second time that this has happened in a month.Ridiculous
Three people were working and they didn't realize they missed in order I realize that happens but their system needs fixed or Is they need New worker These ones just sit and talk

Really enjoyed my Carmel shake I got. The service was great. Nice patio area to sit in.
Poor customer services. The lady serving the ice cream was very rude. The ice cream itself was great but the customer service ruined the whole experience for me.
