There was 3 tables occupied. We waited 20 minutes to be seated and left. They had 2 people working and we could tell that the dinning room was not their priority! Will not be going back.

Food took 45 minutes to come out and it wasn't even all of it. Had to wait 20 more minutes for them to bring the wrong order. Take it back again. Gave us dirty plates and a dirty table. There was only 1 other table here and their order was wrong and didn't get all of it either. We are still waiting and we've been here over an hour.

The young man who was left all alone during l the lunch rush handled everything incredibly well. Food was awesome, service was (despite his situation) timely, and the whole facility was clean. His manager should be let go for allowing this to happen and he be promoted to manager. I just wish I had caught his name. If the franchise owner wants to know who this young man was, he was the only one working at 12:00 on Tuesday, Nov 11.

I was so happy to see an eat in Pizza Hut! The food was great! I felt sorry for the waiter because he was the only one there besides the cook, but he was so friendly and kind. I would for sure visit here again!
