Server needs trained properly to pay attention to her customers and check on them & the orders going out to the tables! Soups came out with the sandwiches and the pizza without spoons for the soups or plates for the pizza. Had to get up & ask for them because waitress was no where to be found. By the time we got them, our food had chilled. Had to continually flag her down or run her down. The manager, bartender was busy behind the bar. We were not greeted upon entry, like "Hi, welcome, have a seat!" We had to ask for our ticket so we could pay & leave. She brought it over, and again, disappears doing other stuff. BTW: There was only 2 other tables of people eating. I took our ticket and $100 bill to the bartender & not a word, like "Thank you for coming!" Or "Do you need change?" NOTHING. We left a 15% tip instead of our usual 20%...but I really didn't want to leave her anything. Just sayin: Better customer service, pay attention servers, and food could come out more timely. I'd hate to be there when they're busy. We won't be back.

Kitchen constantly messing up orders and don't even know how to cook. Soggy french fries, hard mash potatoes, and they can't even understand the difference between condiments and toppings. When told they forgot something on an order, they throw all the toppings in the box and make snide comments like "this is what they'll get and like it". Can't even say sorry we made a mistake. I've ordered food from here more than a handful of times and at least three times I've had to drive back because they messed up the order. Try harder. You won't get my business again.

Food was delicious! Our waitress was absolutely wonderful. She had two toned hair. Super vibrant person and treated my large family table so great. The other waitress whom was working/helping her serve plates was extremely rude and felt she hated her job. Might have been having a bad day but it was so bad I complimented our waitress for being so wonderful. Would go back because of our waitress and food.
