Bought two 12in subs, two medium drinks and a bag of chips 10/27/2025 at 11:45am. Tapped to pay. A tip screen briefly flashed up. I pulled my hand back and tried to select zero tip. The credit card machine forwarded to the bill stage. 39.95. Would not allow me to select zero tip, i prssed the red button. It would not allow me to decline, only pay. I left very angry. I paid a 15% tip i did not authorize. Complained within 10 minutes to subway corporate. They had an operations manager email me. Said on video i clearly selected 15%, and sorry for my confusion. If her cameras can see which button im pushing, does this happen a lot? Is it normal to have a camera on a pin pad? I tried to avoid tipping at all. They will not return the money.
I did not tip 15% for two subs. I feel as though that store stole from me. Do not trust them with your credit card. Do not eat at this location. Be careful when you tap to pay.

Pretty good sandwich and fast service. But they didn't take coupons, this is the only fast food resturant in this town and is right next to it.
Bottom line, if I'm going to get sent coupons in the mail. I would like to be able to use them in the town I live in. I'm not certain I'll be coming out to this location in the future.

Went to pick up and order for a Doordash customer. The manager was difficult to work with...somewhat condescending. Ended up having unassigned myself from the pick up because she refused to make the order before a certain time. Will never visit the store as a customer.

So the founders of Subway live in Huxley. Known them for a long time, great people. That being said... this was the worst subway. The young girl working was very rude & disrespectful. I asked for a bit more onions. She acted like I was asking for triple meat for free. She said extra veggies aren't allowed. I asked when they changed that, and she ignored my question and walked away from me. Once she finally came so I could I once again asked and with a bad attitude she said it's always been a policy. All the customers (it was a little busy) gave her a funny look. I said um no it hasn't. She said yes, it has it just depends on the manager. She wouldn't respond to anything I said after that.

Just wow my husband and I made an order online under a guest once we paid online the website kicked us out we arrived at the store and they told us there was no order we looked at our card statement and called our card there was double taken off our card the employees acted completely clueless on how to help and had no comfort to our issue without subways help there is zero chance of a refund I’ve tried calling any associated number with no luck with either a robot or an actual person and when you go to the Website to fill out one of their forms you don’t have enough room to write their own requested requirements I’m very upset subway corporation robbed me for less then 100$ unbelievable

Watched debbie make 3 sandwiches. Not once during said time did she change her gloves. After grabbing the toaster door, cookies, cups, and even rang out the customers with said gloves on. Been going here since they opened and never had a worker be this negligent with food safety. Also messed up our food

It seems like every time we order from this specific Subway there is always a problem. We always order online. This particular time I did the same - ordered online. My husband picked up the sandwiches. When my husband and I started eating we noticed mine was missing the ham and his was missing mayo, vinegar, & oil. My husband tried calling the store 6+ times with no answer so he drove up there. When he told them they basically acted like he was lying and just trying to get free sandwiches. They were extremely rude. Pictures below to show we were indeed not lying. Very frustrating to be treated like we are trying to scam them out of more sandwiches instead of just being apologetic for forgetting multiple items on the sandwiches.

As someone who goes to this Subway at least 2-3 times a month, I’m disgusted with how I was treated at my last visit. It was snowing, I showed up at 5:40pm. When we entered, there were 6 people in line in front of us, one of them being the manager. The manager was speaking with the people she was in line with and discussing how she was upset that no one working was greeting people as they came in and how slow they were making everyone’s food. She at one point spoke up and told her employee to start making the next persons sandwich instead of waiting for the toaster to complete its cycle. When it was my turn to order, I ordered a footlong Italian BMT and the girl working looked lost so I told her what meat came on it. She put all the meat and cheese in the center of the sandwich so I asked she move it closer to one side of the sandwich so not all my meat and cheese was in the center of the sub. Moving down to the veggies, I asked for tomatoes from the other container right next to the other container bc the ones right in front of me looked bad. Another employee stopped helping the customer behind me and looked at me and said “we closed at 6”. Confused, I responded with “ok… I just asked for different tomatoes bc these ones look bad”. She continued with “we are closing at 6 bc of the weather, we are just trying to get home safely.” Again, confused I said “I’m not stopping you from doing so, I’m just asking for these other tomatoes that are right here”. She just turned away and continued making the other customers sandwich. Mind you, no where was it posted that they are closing at 6. Not sure why me asking for different tomatoes that were already in the veggie station prompted this other employee to speak to me like I was doing something wrong or trying to make me feel bad for them still being there when their manager was their with whom seemed to be her family ordering food the same time I was.
