The staff was very helpful. And they have SOBE water. I haven't had that since I was in high school. The cashier was very helpful and let us substitute the spicy sause for something more mild. Love this place. Very clean too.

Wanted lunch before our train ride 9/12/24. I ordered large potatoe ole with cheese. I was served a burned up bowl of charred grease. I cheerfully asked for fresh food. The gal seemed irritated and put out, Took my food, REFRIED it and handed it back to me. Not ok.

Absolutely horrible service. Tried to shut down the store early, unfortunately & got upset when we said that, that wasn’t okay. We got there at 10 & they close at 11. Incredibly horrible workers & immature awful service. Very disappointed & will be contacting the district manager.
Never really been a fan of taco John but every now and again I give it a try just to see where they’re at, I had one of their spicy breakfast burritos and it was wet and soggy the egg looked like it had been through a blender after they cooked it. Would not recommend I’m not saying all their food is bad but just don’t get the spicy breakfast burrito.

Nobody goes here for a reason. Staff is disgusting, kitchen looks filthy. Food is made in a hurry and not even warm or done correctly, they couldn’t even get a chicken quesadilla to have the cheese melted on it, don’t go here.
