Stopped in to grab lunch on a trip. Walked in to a group of upset customers and a lot of employee bickering. Orders were taking far too long to be completed and most were incorrect. The manager on duty was doing her best on damage control but had nothing to work with. Seems to be the norm here. Food was just ok but definitely not worth a 30 minute wait.
Everything was sticky and messy. The soda fountain out on the floor didn't work so had to keep waiting for employees to provide refills. Not super friendly staff, almost acted like we were a bother. Probs won't be back.
The staff was great and constantly apologizing for what they believed was slow service even though they were really quick compared to other fast food businesses. Food was great as always and they were just opening inside from covid protocols.
