Without a doubt the worst brisket I’ve ever had. It was dry, like chicken breast left in the oven too long. It lacked any flavor. If the rest is like this, skip Billy Sims. The “toast” was buttered white bread with no texture or taste. Extremely disappointed. Too much money for this poor Bbq.

Drove all the way to town (about an hour for us) got some pulled pork and brisket to take home for dinner later… Opened it up after a couple hours and all the pulled pork was burnt and so dry it couldn’t be eaten and the brisket was very dry! Waste of $40!! Won’t be back for a long time!!

Service was terrible need more training my meat was dry potato’s was burnt in old I couldn’t eat it my husband found hair in his string beans if I can rate 0 I will Mac in cheese was terrible in cold the old location wasn’t that good so kinda new this new one wasn’t tables in floors was dirty also had to clean are on table with red buckets prices are way to high for bad food the ribs was dry as well not tender we heard screaming from the back in cursing the manager was pissed yelling in screaming I ask the young lady his name she told me his name was Hurky or something like that he was just Arab looking guy in short guess he was throwing in slamming things . If you don’t want to work go home don’t put it on customers we just wanted new food we over heard him talking about us complaining he was very upset in waiter almost cryed because of how overly mad he was .

Food was delicious, desserts very tempting. I saw a black lid on the drink station counter and tried to drop a piece of trash in it. Definitely need to make an eye appt.

Very disappointed with the new location. Hopefully it’s just growing pains with opening a new location, but food seems to have taken a dip in quality as well did the service. Instead of walking the line and your food being ready by the time you’re done ordering, we had to wait 15+ minutes for it to come out after we finished ordering. Once food was received, there was a pretty stark drop in quality compared to prior to their closing. Chicken was dry and sliced instead of being pulled apart like it used to be. “Pickles” were 2 tiny ends of a pickle. We also took the last open table, so not sure if there is less seating in the new location or if the church crowd was just that demanding. Had to clean the table off ourselves since it was filthy. Overall, it’s disappointing that what was one of the best places to eat in Burlington may have made a mistake moving their operation. Hopefully it improves over time.

So happy you guys are open again! My favorite bbq place in the area! I tried something new today, their burger and while my original order to go was wrong, Branden and the crew made it more then right when I went back in and it was DELICIOUS! If you go to Billy Sims and order the ribs sometimes they’re amazing other times they’re just absolutely full of fat and there is no bark on the meat at all
