Without a doubt the worst brisket I’ve ever had. It was dry, like chicken breast left in the oven too long. It lacked any flavor. If the rest is like this, skip Billy Sims. The “toast” was buttered white bread with no texture or taste. Extremely disappointed. Too much money for this poor Bbq.
So happy you guys are open again! My favorite bbq place in the area! I tried something new today, their burger and while my original order to go was wrong, Branden and the crew made it more then right when I went back in and it was DELICIOUS! Thank you all so much for the great food and wonderful customer service!
If you go to Billy Sims and order the ribs sometimes they’re amazing other times they’re just absolutely full of fat and there is no bark on the meat at all
