Had a dinner date with my son. Food was great & the service was fantastic! It was our server Ray’s first night on the job and you would’ve thought he had been doing it for years.

Waited over an hour for our food. The food looked overheated, and the chicken was very dry. The sweet tea tasted awful. The whole experience at the café was not pleasing. The service was just ok. It took 25 minutes just to have our order taken. We were close to just walking out.

The last 3 times we have been there the service has been horrible, the kids got their drinks and adults didn’t get theirs for another 25 minutes and we won’t waitress we didn’t want to order until our drinks came. The waitress was always in the back playing on her phone and never checking tables, had to keep borrowing other waitresses for help, she messed up our kids orders both, both tables next to us also, our kids meals had to remade because she put hot buffalo sauce on the wings instead of bbq sauce for kids, they had to wait for the food and adults were done eating by the time the kids food came back, we felt terrible. The bartender was over sitting at tables instead of mixing drinks for customers at the bar or tables, the food wasn’t horrible but definitely could improve. Fries were cold, the fish was flash fried from frozen and not quite done, soggy in the middle. Just overall we are tired of waiting 6 months to give them another chance and be let down again and again. We are not picky people either, but basic good service and good hot food seems to much to ask for. On a positive note I’ll add it is nice they added more lighting so seems more family friendly and the young black waitress that wasn’t ours was very helpful and nice when ours was nowhere to be found.

Love love love the Blue cheese dressing....and especially with the chicken lips they're so known for. Bartender was super friendly efficient and accommodating!!! Only a few great places in Burlington and this is definitely one of them!!
The place has gone through up and downs, but the quality and options of food has been improved greatly. More attention to detail would make this place a must go to in Burlington.

A nice dining experience, friendly staff and reasonably priced. If you’re visiting on vacation take the time to eat here skip the snack shack and gasoline Allie’s because you can get high quality here for about the same price.

This is the only good place inside of fun city. The party pizza was delicious, and only $46. Our waitress MAYA was the only respectful, kind person we dealt with the whole time there. She was amazing. We would return again just for her service.

First time here..:my experience, judge for yourself.Guess I stumbled in from the wrong entrance because I didn’t see a “wait to be seated” sign”-table had a 2 inch wobble-had to use my phone and call to get a server to come to my table-fly wouldn’t leave me alone--sweet tea was old-chicken tortilla soup was microwaved too long and had zero chicken in it-said tortillas were stale-hope my salad is better
