Ordered Bogo wings for pickup, received ice cold chicken, the sauces we ordered for the wings was squeezed for less than a second in the widdle of the to go container, not enough to cover the wings in the slightest, let alone cover more than just two, awful experience and would have requested my money back let alone slap the person who decided that it was suitable to serve someone the slop they gave me

This was the smallest meal I've ever gotten for $50. I'm not impressed. The boneless wings were tiny. The side of macaroni was tiny. The wings I ordered were enough to feed a small child in a school. I'm literally disgusted that they think their food is worth 3/4 of one day's pay for some people in this country and their servings are so small. And their prices are so high.

BWW was a little short staffed upfront and so had to wait for a table longer than normal, but once sat, the new waitress was nice and efficient. Three of us got Boneless wings, and the fourth got a chicken parm hoagie sandwich, which he said was really good. The boneless wings were okay like normal. The fries had a heavier Smoky flavor, more so than normal, but still good. Overall, it was a good meal.

Absolutely horrible visit . Showed up for dinner with my wife and child. Took my name and told me 15 min ish. We stood there for over 40 mins and we're never seated . Never even got spoken to again the whole time we waited . As we waited there were at least 20 people standing in line that walked in behind us and never even got to speak to someone. Get your shit together staff more people.

Got takeout for my birthday, shiwed up early so didnt mind waiting but the food came out col, then when i got my food replaced several days laster it was cold again
I specifically went into the restaurant to place my to go order as I’ve had issues in the past with my order being incorrect. I ordered 2 crispy chicken wraps one was not to have any tomato’s. Get home the box had a sticker that said no tomatoes , however, it had a lot of tomatoes. I paid a lot of money once again to have my order screwed up . Very unhappy! Someone needs to do their job!

Ate here on a Monday night. Looked busy but even though there were numerous empty tables available, we had to wait what seemed like forever to be seated. Other customers had the same fate. Speculation among the many waiting to be seated was they didn't have enough help to handle the Monday night crowd at 5:45 pm. Once seated the friendly server took our orders and the food came quicker than being seated. I had the buffalo chicken wrap with fries. It was very good and filling. I think the others at our table liked their food also. One person though had to wait even longer as they forgot to make her sandwich along the rest of the order. Our appetizers came fairly quick and were good. Even though everyone had to wait an unnecessarily long time to be seated, it was an enjoyable dining experience. We've eaten here before and probably would again, but hope next time we don't have to wait over 30 minutes to get a table when many appeared to be open.
