Had to wait an hour and 30 mins for food and it was cold. The manger had the nerve to come to the table and tell us to our face that she just finished cooking it. All lies. We seen 3 tables get their food first and they got set after us. What I really seen is that the white waiters were getting their table food first so it can be hot and they get good tips. But when it came to our waitress food just because she was black she had to wait hours before her table gets any food. Yea they made it over again but I am still not a happy customer and I will not be spending my hard earn money I work here ever again. I tipped the waitress well because it was not her fault the manger is racist. I don’t care I call it how I see it and i will keep it real. If you are black stay away from here. Thanks Kaneciah for your wonderful service and keeping calm under pressure. You did an excellent job.

The service was terrible. The fries were cold had to ask to get silverware two times. No one filed our drinks husband had to take them to bar to get refills. We waited 45 minutes for the food. They said they could $20.00 off our bill for the service. We will never be back here again. Do yourself a favor and just cook at home or eat elsewhere!

The waitress kept going to the kitchen to check. It took 45 minutes to get our wings. The waitress apologized but no reasoning as to why it took so long. We had to leave so didn't get to eat out food their but unless I paid for more drinks couldn't get drinks to go. No offer to compensate for the wait. Manager never came to the table.

Ordered Bogo wings for pickup, received ice cold chicken, the sauces we ordered for the wings was squeezed for less than a second in the widdle of the to go container, not enough to cover the wings in the slightest, let alone cover more than just two, awful experience and would have requested my money back let alone slap the person who decided that it was suitable to serve someone the slop they gave me

This was the smallest meal I've ever gotten for $50. I'm not impressed. The boneless wings were tiny. The side of macaroni was tiny. The wings I ordered were enough to feed a small child in a school. I'm literally disgusted that they think their food is worth 3/4 of one day's pay for some people in this country and their servings are so small. And their prices are so high.

BWW was a little short staffed upfront and so had to wait for a table longer than normal, but once sat, the new waitress was nice and efficient. Three of us got Boneless wings, and the fourth got a chicken parm hoagie sandwich, which he said was really good. The boneless wings were okay like normal. The fries had a heavier Smoky flavor, more so than normal, but still good. Overall, it was a good meal.
