Stay far away from this Casey’s I placed a order on June 27th for a chicken wrap and a side of Mac and cheese upon arrival of store to pick up my order I was told that they couldn’t provide my food because they were out of ingredients so I did what any normal person would do and asked for a refund to which I was told no because their was no manager I was told to leave my name and number and that a manager would contact me first thing in the morning here it is almost a week later no call no refund no anything I also emailed corporate and apparently they don’t think I should receive my money back either because they couldn’t even respond with at least a apology. I will NEVER give this store another penny of my money.

Ordered a half Supreme half meat lovers, there was no pepperoni on the pizza, when there is supposed to be, mainly sausage and vegetables tonight for supper, and it was the worst pizza I have gotten from Casey's. Maybe I should have ordered from Summer Street instead of the West Ave location. Never will I ever order from the West Ave location again. I will be calling and complaining about this. Very rude staff all together, called and ordered over the phone and very rude young man on the other end. The delivery drive basically ran onto our front porch, threw the pizza at my husband, didn't say anything, and ran off my front porch. Worst food and service I have ever got from Casey's.

I ordered a taco pizza from the west avenue location. They only gave me 4 packets of taco sauce. Who in there right mi d thinks that is enough for a large pizza. Either the company is screwing their customers or the employee us screwing us. Either way I am left with out the proper toppings for my pizza.

Well this is normally my favorite store but in the last year alone it has went down. It wouldnt be so bad if it was just the rude cashier who doesnt even smile, or the bathrooms just smell like sewer. But when its all that combined with seeing a right next to the cashier then i think you need to take care of your store better.
