Whatever you prefer from the menu will be a great experience. I know I can always count on my favorite items being perfectly the same at every Culver's. Service is outstanding and you can walk in and sit down and order from your table with your cell phone. How great is that?! Skip any lines. Everything comes up very quickly. No sitting and waiting.

Very disappointed in the service and more disappointed with franchise owners. No response on complaints. Lack of genuine care for service needs and cleaning. I have purchased our last meal at the Burlington Iowa Culvers.

Ordered two scoops of chocolate custard, a cashew caramel sundae and a large root beer. I pulled up to the window was given the root beer and told to pull up and wait. After seeing customers get their food orders that came after us and waiting over 20 minutes I went in to see what was wrong. After being given several excuses they tried to give me the custard that had been sitting waiting so it had begun to melt. I said no I just want a refund. Again I had to stand there and wait because your staff couldn't figure out how to refund to my card. I finally got tired of waiting so I said I will just take the custard. I looked at the partly melted sundae and said now I get this crap to which one of the employees thought it would be funny to mimic me saying crap. There was one employee that did apologize but with the other one thinking it was funny the apology was not feeling that sincere to me.

Up to this point I have usually received fair service and good food from Culver's apparently I have just been lucky so far because tonight I witnessed how your employees really view your customers. Luckily for me and my family there are plenty of fast food restaurants in Burlington.

More than one time my butter burger was so thin. This time I couldn't even taste the burger at all. I guess I don't understand how it can be fine one time and not the next. They definitely don't look like the picture.
