seriously, this place is great and the owner was a natural hospitality pro who can effortlessly make you feel welcome. i haven't been here in years and it's one of the things i miss most about iowa.
Excellent coffee, laid back atmosphere. The owner was very friendly and really understands customer service. I will be going again soon!

Unique blend of coffee shop and Thai-americano Cafe food. Amazing selection of coffees and teas for sale and don't visit without trying a muddy Chai! I come all the way from Springfield, IL to get my fix a few times a year. Great place!

Great drinks and tea, wonderful owner/staff. I will be visiting again of that I am sure. I had apricot tea and ended up buying more to take hom.

My list of favs is endless about Digger’s Rest! Family ran, wonderful people! Best coffee in town...even if I get a pound to enjoy at home, taste just like I had them make it! Well priced for the quality and quantity...many great things on the menu but my favorites are the quiche, fruit protein smoothie, and the avocado and toast, so good...especially with an a amaretto latte! Due to this being a family owned business, it is one where you need to allow for time as they are hard working and take care in providing for their customers! Highly recommend!
