Deliver driver for 11/15 was on time. Food was hot still. BBQ wings was amazing 10/10 Chicken alfredo pizza was 10/10 I would definitely order again!

Ugh!!! I ordered curbside pickup tonight. Got the notice to be there between 5:42-5:52pm. I arrived at 5:45pm. Text them I'm Here and turned on my flashers as instructed. And sat there watching countless others get their food and drive off. I text again, Hey I'm STILL here. Was told to call the store. I did. Nothing but a looping recording. Never spoke with anyone. Tried multiple times. Finally went in even though I wasnt dressed for public & am under the weather. Couldn't find my order at first, and then did. Sitting on the heated shelves getting gross and soggy. No apology, no offer to fix anything, not even a mention that it was supposed to be curbside. Then I finally get home and discover they didn't put extra cheese on it, but I paid for it. Grrr.

I own 2 construction companies and spend around 4400 a year at dominos to feed my guys. I’ve finally had enough with the rude management as well as the cashiers that are equally as rude and disrespectful to their customers. Tonight they pushed my order back again….(did it the last 4 times now) and gave nothing nor had any remorse for the 45 minute delay after waiting an hour for the initial order. Do as you want and buy from these clowns, but they won’t get another dime out of me. Dominos in Burlington is a joke. If you have a party or a crew of people to feed, go elsewhere…..they could care less about being timely and curtious. And the staff, well if they were my guys, I would fire all of them and start over and hope for a better work ethic

I order the exact same pizza every single week and Adam at the store knows the perfect amount of Oregano I want. The staff takes care of your wishes and Adam made sure( knowing that I’m a vegetarian) to use a different cutter for my Pizza. Special shoutout to the entire crew and especially Adam for making every single experience memorable.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza online. Small pieces of pineapple were scattered on top. Manager were not friendly . Money refunded. It was a very uncomfortable experience

The store won't answer my calls, they brought me a pizza missing the mushrooms and didn't bring my sprite! I forgot about it until after delivery guy left and then I saw no mushrooms too! How do I call in there and get a person to answer?
